Confusing lines on I-130

Hello,

New to the VJ community, so if these are old questions, please forgive. Filling out the I-130 and like many, find a few items confusing. I am the petitioner, and a US citizen, and understand how picky any mistake may be to USCIS.

1. Line 10.a (in care of Name) That is my name- correct?

2. 10.g Provinc, and 10.h Postal Code- no need on this if I live in a US state, with a Zip? Leave blank, or N/A? 

3. Spouse 2- I am divorced, and that's the line about her? Now, Family Name (Last name- 20.a) Is that her Maiden Name, Name while married to me, or the name she has now changed it to? 

4. My parents information- (Parent 1 and 2) there is no state needed? Only City/Town/Village of residence? Seems odd. If you put 'Springfield' there are about 20 in the US. Should I put the state, or does that risk rejection?

5. Finally- Marital Information- my wife, and the beneficiary, and my ex-wife count as 2 on line 16-correct?

1. You don't need to put anything there UNLESS you were living at someone else's residence and your name was nowhere to be found on the record.  An example of this would be "John Smith in care of Jack Sprat"
2. Leave blank since you live in a US State with a US zip
3. Write what you know to be current
4. Adding the state will not be a problem, if it were me, I would add the state
5. Correct, you would write "2" for that line

Absolutely correct.  To the OP.  Don't overthink.  Interpret the questions literally and then answer accurately.
