they won't stamp your passport, that's why they sent you a letter extending your residency for 1 more year. with copy of the letter and GC you are good to travel and work.

    no, they are minors.
the minimum age to be able to file for you is 21, at least 21 or over that age. they have to live in the US and the waiting time for siblings is over 10 years or more depending on where are you from.
try to find an employer that can sponsor you.

the problem for your mom is the additional charges, plus a second entry to the us, fraud, using fake papers. and if the were documents from a USC, forget it, she can never come.
consult a good attorney who can answer those questions.

of course, they are different petitions, one for your husband and one for each child, separate petitions, separate fees and separate documents. separate everything.
    immigration isn't cheap.

people who are out of status aren't elegible for the GC, he will be denied if he continues the process.
just like many immigration petitions and visas, the person has to have legal status to adjust in country.
the DV lottery is really for people waiting in their country and once they are granted a visa, to como to live to the US. if you file in the US, you must have legal status at all times.
if he leaves, he will trigger the 10 year ban.
it would be a waste of time and money and it could trigger a deportation order.

then it was approved an at the NVC, your aunt shouldn't be checking the website or calling, there is no further need for the uscis center. unfortunatly there is nothing that can be done, the waiting is over 10 years in total, she has already waited 8. when the time comes the NVC will contact your aunt and request more payments and forms until the file is complete. if the priority date is current, then they will send your mom the interview. that won't happen for 3 or 4 years more, currently they are working with the year 2000.
you have to check every month the visa bulletin. i'll copy the link for next month's bulletin. You're mom's category is F4, siblings of USC

do you mean to say that she never received the approval of the i130? the i130 should be approved and sent to the NVC or National Visa Center and then wait until the priority date becomes current.
the date means they are currently processing 130 that were filed in 2007. that's why I'm saying that she should have received the approval a long time ago.
If it was approved then the i130 isn't at te USCIS center any more, there is no change on the website, the i130 has been sent to NVC and there it will sit. Depending on the country, the waiting time for siblings is more than 10 years. that's why they send letters to not sell homes or do anything because there is a very long wait.
What country is your mom from?

there is nothing you can do, you can file for your mother and as ricardo said, then your mother can file for him. there is no way that they can come together.
if you filed for your brother separatly, it will take more than 10 years.

no need to look at those timelines, that's the estimation of the i130 approval, yours is already approved. you've already passed the uscis service center stage. now you have to wait until your priority date becomes current for the second part of the consular processing part at the NVC.

you have to check every month the visa bulletin for your priority date to become current, no one exactly knows how long it can take. what country are you from?

you already got noa 1 and 2. noa 1 was the receipt notice of the i130, noa 2 was the approval for the i130. that was before it was sent to NVC.

no, stepchildren are filed separatly, if you were married before she turned 18, your husband can file an i130 for her and go through the same process you are going through, going through consular processing.

your are spot on, there is nothing she can do, until he becomes a USC. no problem, you as the petioner are the main sponsor. as long as everything is well with you, then there will be no problems at all. they want to know that your marriage is still a bona fide one, that it continues to be right.

they get your information from your driver's license. they don't check your status, just your information pops up. many undocumented people have been called to jury duty as well because somehow when they came to the US they got a driver's license, or they came on a work or student visa and they got a driver's license. they don't check immigration status.
just mark that you aren't a USC and return. you can also copy the phone number and call. it's a random thing.

currently, it is more or less the same, 10 or more years. It can be more because your father first has to become a USC
so I'd say both of you apply, one never know what can happen in the future.

you aren't reading correctly. first the person has to qualify to adjust status in country. that is general information, but it does not say who qualifies.
your brother isn't derivative. read, it's talking about the child of your spouse, not your parent's child, your sibling.
it's relatate to a spouse and the spouse and child have to qualify to adjust status.
your mom is an immediate relative, your sibling isn't because he has to wait over 10 years.
read the guides that are on this forum to see who qualifies to file councurrently.
she is not applying, you are applying for your mom and your brother, your brother doesn't qualify as derivative.

I don't understand why his age is important, he was granted a visa. he has the visa stamped in his passport, as long as he enters the country within the 6 months of issuing the visa, he will have no problem.
    there is no timing out.
