Im gonna file my applications pretty soon, and i was wondering if i need to fill the I-485 Supplement A because i stayed after my student visa expired ( may, 2011 ), and i wanna know what exactly i need to do and what applications i need to fill.

ps i used my ssn to work w/0 authorization of DHS

no you don't

that form is only for people adjusting under the 245i law, meaning they have a petition filed for them on or before April 30th, 2001

ok so i dont need to pay anything for staying after my visa expired?

can i send the i-130 and the i-485 together, or whats the proccess?

no, you don't need to pay a fine. overstay will be forgiven.

All together, as it says in the guide. It is a I-130/I-485 CONCURRENT package.
