  1. Yes, I already listed over $73k on that answer, my problem is answering 24a,b,c.
  2. Another problem I have is I had previously sponsored an ex-wife on a fiancé' visa 12 years ago, we got divorced in 2015 and she has worked on and off since then, but I don't think close to the 40 quarter requirement, so I know I have to add her on this. She was unemployed because having 2 brain surgeries with a stage 3 or 4 cancerous tumor. I thought she had gotten married years ago, but found out she's only been using his last name but living with him. I just found out all of this recently after not talking with her and living out of the US for 2.5 of the last 5 years. So, I have to list myself, my wife, her son and my ex-wife for a total of 4. Am I going to have problems with the I-864 and USCIS?
  3. My current annual income is over $73,000. My income is comprised of VA and social security. VA is not taxable. On lines 24a, 24b and 24c, I'm having problems figuring out what to use as my income? I've seen others have said to use the Total income on the 2nd page but that make zero sense to me. 2022 says my social security income is $23,340, but it says total income is only $502. 2021 says my S.S. income is $22,032, but Total income is $10,613. 2020 says my S.S. income is $23,592, but Total Income is $5,222. The tax transcript makes no sense. The way this looks, I can show almost no income. I also have no available Co-sponsor. I would have a question about if they would require using savings as well.
  4. I'm wondering if this problem was because of a new Passport # or the name change is why it wouldn't send us to the signature page? After the 4th try it accepted it as submitted. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
  5. My wife and I just completed the DS-260, which kept on having us keep entering their alpha/numerical code to get to the signature page. Unfortunately, it never took us to that page but accepted it as submitted. I realized after it was too late that it wouldn't let us proceed was probably because we changed my wife's name on Passport and entered that with our Case # and maybe that was why we kept getting a new alpha/numerical code, but by then am thinking it just submitted it without getting to next page and no signature. What should we do now? Below is the confirmation. 6. I had the same problem, paid on 4/18, locked out on 5/1 for rejected payment, but refused to pay again. I had talked with Pay.gov twice and they informed me they could not refund the extra payment. My account let me re-enter my documents the same day as everyone else's. The problem I'm having now is I cannot upload any documents on the accounts I had earlier worked on. I have 2 cases, one for wife and stepson.
  7. I'm in the same boat but have talked to Pay.gov twice on the phone and they told me if I were to pay again they wouldn't be able to give me my money back. I have 2 petitions at NVC.
  8. Is PSA Cemar ok for Ex-husband, who wife has death certificate for ok? I used it for a Visa for the Philippine embassy to go to the Philippines during covid in 2022 to consummate marriage. It is dated 12/23/2021 from PSA. We got married online 12/16/2021.
  9. Ok, thanks. I'm a non-filipino US Citizen, but lived in the Philippines for almost 2 1/2 years, two years ago, so I guess I don't need one. We got married though online, went through Philippine embassy SF to get my Visa, then PSA marriage recognized in the Philippines, she got her passport changed to my last name. Does she still need Cemar? Thanks
  10. Is Cemar only needed for spouse at interview, not US Citizen? No cenomar for 14yo child required?
  11. Thanks, I already contacted NVC again and again they sent me the same canned message telling me if rejected payment to repay fees again and request from Pay.gov a refund. Pay.gov answers phone calls and again tells me not to repay fees as they not to issue refunds. They sent me the accepted payment info back on 4/18 and I forwarded that to NVC. This morning NVC sent the same message!
  12. I've been locked out for over a week. It said my payment was rejected, they told me to contact Pay.gov which I did and payment went through on 4/18. Pay.gov sent me confirmation which I forwarded to NVC but no change. I tried contacting NVC but it says they aren't accepting calls. I tried messaging and nothing!
  13. My 1st payment didn't go through because I sent it from my savings account and it was rejected, so I sent a 2nd payment from my checking account and it shown as payed by my bank 3 days later. NVC let me work on my paperwork again until a couple of days ago until they messaged me as payment not received and locked me out again saying I need to pay again. I messaged them and they sent me an email saying to contact Pay.Gov in 30 days!
  14. I'm in the same boat. I filed taxes though each of the last 3 years and received my tax transcripts already. I'm wondering which income I use on I-864 on the question 24a. It says to put AGI, but many people say to put total taxable earnings. My total would be around $23k for 2022 but my AGI is only $550 which looks like nothing. Then of course I have VA total P&T as well plus $ in the bank. Does anyone know which to list for #24a?
  15. Yes, I already have. It would be $37,500 at worst-case scenario if I have to include ex-wife. I've been hearing they are looking for double the minimum income in some cases though.
  16. Do you think I would need a joint-sponsor with $73k income, mostly VA permanent income and $94k in bank? I have no options for a joint-sponsor! It would be for CR1, CR2, myself and I guess ex-wife listed in worst-case scenario. Also, maybe repay government if she is considered public charge.
  17. No, I don't think she does. She came on a fiancé' visa and couldn't work, I think for the 1st 8 months, if I remember correctly. She worked after that mostly being taxed, but some under the table I think. Also, she's had 2 brain surgeries, which has kept her out of work for I don't know how long. I haven't been in touch with her for years, until 2 or 3 days ago.
  18. Hello, In 2011 I petitioned a Filipina on a fiance' visa, got married, did conditional GC, then 10-year GC but got divorced in 2015. She had been working most of the time since then but has had medical problems (had a brain tumor and 2 surgeries of stage 3 or 4 cancer) and has gotten on Medicare. She met another guy a few years ago and has been living with him since but now they're having problems. I recently contacted her, because I was checking her status because of my current I-130 with my new wife. I figured she was married and already had her citizenship but to my surprise she had not. She also informed me that she has been receiving $2-300 a month public assistance. Now I'm wondering how this can or will affect my filing of the NVC AOS paperwork going forward. I'm currently at the NVC stage with current wife filling out I-864. I have been unemployed since 2010 and on VA disability and ssdi. I'm wondering if my income of $25k ssdi (which is on my taxes) and $47k (which is not taxable) will work on my current wife's Visa? I also have no Co-sponsor available to me, but have about $94k in different bank accounts. Will I have any problems going forward? I don't think she had received too much in cash aid, but got Medicare and medical on 2 brain surgeries. Any help with advice would be greatly appreciated.
  19. Thanks Chancy, does it have to be an NBI clearance for this stage at the NVC or can it be a local police clearance?
  20. Yes, thanks I appreciate that! We got married on 12/16/2021 online, consummated marriage in February, filed I-130 4/14/2022. I'm filling out DS-260 and AOS and have to get documents and upload yet. My AGI on my tax transcript only was about $550 even though SS was around $23,000. VA is $3,900 per month.
  21. Is Apostille required in the Philippines? Also, Is it to be an NBI clearance?
