I think 4 is the most I have seen on VJ?

Obviously you can expect serious scrutiny.

Still do not understand how you would know whether she interviewed, sounds an assumption.

Lpr  is legal permanent resident. Green card holder.

Instead of giving it few more months, give it a year or two. Spend more time face to face.

I would be hard pushed to think of a case where the person did not know, and to be fair the OP has not gone down that route.

Also a factor, talking about which time to go get a beer. One of those welcome to America is how long bread, milk etc lasts.

I always wondered if the new norm was a factor in what seems to be more allergies etc. I do not remember all these problems in my younger days.

Not sure if the different types are detailed in the ToS, my Bible should be yours, obviously the Mods are here to lead us in the ways of the ToS, we can not be expected to fully understand its majesty.

No doubt there is a long and complicated back story, ignoring that the K1 will be returned to die.

The obvious option, the one for you to be together asap is for the Petitioner to be the one to move.

Eh.. let me guess. You're a middle age, white American. Your "type" is younger Asian (props Phillipino) or southern American girl. You know them for couple of months and then sponsor for K1. Doesnt work out, you meet another one and you sponsor her barely knowing her..

Dont worry. We see this exact thing all the time. Sometimes guys like you come complaining about being scammed also.

Am I guess the pattern right? If it didnt work out 3 times already then maybe you should actually take TIME knowing someone. At this point USCIS will also put you through extra scrutiny.

Also intent to marry you send with the original petition. She could've done medical and interview without your knowledge.

From what you're telling us, this would be your 4th K1 visa even though 2 months ago, you had another K1 visa at NVC.

Personally, I'd take it very slow with this next relationship. Get to know this person before you start the immigration process. It is fishy to USCIS that you're constantly filing K1 visas.

So since your ex was approved already, how do you know if she didnt arrive in the US?

All your "fiances " are from the same country...?  I mean good luck and everything,  but look at this from USCIS perspective. And your last ex was only approved few months ago.. and you already sponsoring a new girl? Looks like you're just bringing in one woman after another...

Maybe they to take some time to be single before bringing in another girl you probably barely know...

Although many courts hand out ex parte/TRO's like legal candy, it is required that you report your wife's past TRO. This is part of the new transparency regarding human trafficking, marriage brokerage, etc. When I was a law student I worked in a domestic litigation law firm, where it was routine to petition the court for ex parte orders - especially in contentious child-custody cases. As you probably know from experience, it's a racket and often nothing more than a legal chess game. When it's real, everyone knows it - and that's the exception. Because of this fact, I don't think checking the box exposes you to any major red flag or hurdle. Better to divulge than to get denied.

Canada does not offer DCF.  You will have to file the I-130 in the US.

    Immigration does not happen quickly.

Are you married?  Planning to marry?

Single women are paying thousands to freeze their eggs – but at what cost?

This struck a memory as a few years back I remember being told in a conversation I certainly never started with a lady c50? about how she still intended to have children. Now I am no expert of the subject and there are some subjects I just do not want to go into but always understood that it can get tricky the later you leave it and by that age you have a better chance of the lottery.

Anyway here we have have a classic case of Reality and Biology can not be overcome by Social Justice.

The CO does not need to look at anything you bring to the embassy. They review the I-129f petition they get from NVC. A lot of CO's make a decision off the petition alone without anything else. So something is terribly a miss in your story and no info is given about your relationship.

If he truly was rude though and dismissive, then yes you should get a new interview hopefully; but just making the point it's only your side of the story so unfair to the CO.
