  1. London allows self sponsorship of the I 134
  2. They voted for inclusivity as an organisation, and she took them up on it. So the Judge basically said well you were the ones who defined women as including men so leave me out of it.
  3. If you are issued an expedited removal order, the typical consequence is a five-year ban from reentry.
  4. H1b and GC needs an Employer to sponsor her. Well unless she find someone to marry.
  5. The people I know who have them one of the big pluses is that there is little to service or go wrong. This strikes me as having issues particularly for Dealers if they are not making money from their Service Depts. It also makes me wonder how the market will change, the volume of business decreases there will be fewer mechanics and where I am in the boonies far fewer options and few nearby. The issue I see in the US is that the main market is currently high end with lots of toy features. Nobody has really gone for the mass market. Certainly should be possible to design and manufacture a simple EV, not that much more complicated than a washing machine. Perhaps there needs to be an Android type control system?
  6. Venezuela was a major oil producer before WW2, back then it was them and the US that were the big boys. They still have major reserves and the demand is there. I have never come across a good account about what Japans plan was in China, Russia well they did try that and got a bloody nose. Pearl Harbour etc was to grab everything and make it difficult to get it back and do some sort of deal, which at least makes some sense even if it was a trifle delusional. Anyway if anyone has a good source for China let me know.
  7. Is he the beneficiary or the petitioner.
  8. I missed that she is not your Congressperson. That was a quick response.
  9. Actually I participated in a previous thread where this was covered, I think there are 2 people using this account?
  10. Ouch She can ask the Consulate if they will reissue it, I have seen that happen
  11. There is no such thing as a standalone K2
  12. Sounds likely they have very long wait times for NIVs in Canada.
  13. It is similar to asking about the experience of people who are left handed.
  14. I have only come across CBP reviewing HP at the Border. If they could do it in other cases what would be the point of USCIS having a procedure? I am not sure I believe the 90 day review time. U4U which is pretty automated and used to take a few days now seems to take 90.
  15. Seems there are no end of other issues. Seemingly she was deported so that is pretty much end of the story.
  16. The Privacy form, this is something everybody does. Just to make it clear I am in no way saying not to do it, I just would not rely on it.
  17. This stuff is handled by Interns, Office Assistants, it is not impossible that a Congressperson would want to run with it but...
  18. I think the Agency is something back in India. And the Chocolate was at the Port of Entry, now I am going to have difficulty believing that could be construed a bribe but no doubt did not help with everything else going on.
  19. I think there is a legal case that allocating a petition to a Consulate they know, should reasonably know, the applicant cannot get to has potential. But this is Lawyer territory. The Political approach is free, I suppose it could work. I would not put money on it.
  20. If there was such a right it would avoid a lot of this process. Now there is a right for USCIS etc to process in a reasonable time line, see Writ of Mandamus.
  21. Apart from its relevance how would it even come up?
