  1. U4U might be a good option
  2. One thing I forgot to mention, OK I am not familiar with the Macedonian Insurance market, but getting travel insurance for an 81 year old for a long visit is likely to be tricky, getting travel insurance for a short stay is likely to be expensive.
  3. Or just take the simple option
  4. To be fair Spain seemed to have found the magic to attract a Female audience.
  5. The other issue is of course if it does make it to the Consulate, need to be prepared for additional questions. But that goes to the totality of the relationship.
  6. I have seen this a few times and they have acted on the first letter. I certainly do not see every case on here and VJ is just a small percentage anyway so it does seem to me that she has done all she can to keep the current petition alive. I would be prepared to file a new I 130.
  7. That is the benefit in this case, long gone and will not be coming back.
  8. If this her last trip I see no downside going for an extension.
  9. She had no problems entering before, I expect zero problems next time.
  10. A major disappointment to my Mother, my Grandad was in the Choir. Not this one, pre YT.
  11. Hmm I see an edit and thought you said this would be her final trip.
  12. Well the working bit is a no no, bit I will leave that aside, visiting a new Grandchild is certainly OK. A B does not require a return ticket but would be recommended. An extension, assuming things do not really change, will not be decided until well after she is home. Big downside of an extension relates to future trips but not an issue here
  13. They say jump You ask how high and how much
  14. I was a Notter, wish I could hold a tune.
  15. My concern is you are focussing on the easy fixes and there may be something more painful.
  16. Have you seen one that failed? Just a FYI as you are concerned about the filing fees it is another grand plus the cost of putting it together.
  17. As a general rule I would roll with it an see, F2b is a long wait.
  18. Did amse me, inevitable that the usual Progressive suspects went full on Racist, Bigot etc etc as could have been easily expected. And then of course the GoP try and pick it up as their song when it was obviously directed at all of them.
  19. Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. A fee waiver is only available if you are applying for lawful permanent resident status based on: A. Special Immigrant Status based on an approved Form I-360 as an Afghan or Iraqi Interpreter, or Afghan or Iraqi National employed by or on behalf of the U.S. Government; Form I-912 Instructions 09/03/21 B. An adjustment provision that is exempt from the public charge grounds of inadmissibility of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) section 212(a)(4), such as the Cuban Adjustment Act, the Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act, continuous residence in the United States since before January 1, 1972, (“Registry”), Asylum Status, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, or similar provisions;
  20. Look at the instructions, I do not see any category eligible..
  21. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-912instr.pdf I do not see it.
  22. You are not specific as to what you are filing but my guess is that the forms are not eligible for a fee waiver.
  23. Is that what is called having a ####### reduction?
