I'm having my interview next week but the medical examination till the end of month. I saw lot of threads with the same case but I just wanted to know if anyone know how long will it usually take the consulate to return your passport after the 221AP. I saw a lot of people saying that it could take up to 9months... I'm confused since this isn't my fault, all three doctors are fully booked and couldn't get any appt earlier.. Please advise. Hello - my fiancé and I are planning for his visa interview scheduled for next month and want to ensure there are no issues about his being able to demonstrate sufficient financial support. We both live in the UK and have sufficient savings on our own in the UK but as we don’t have US source income/assets have also asked my dad to fill in an I-134. Should we each also fill one in (would there be any harm in having multiples?) or sufficient to just also have all of our financial info as support under the one I-134 from my dad?

Hi, I heard you can expedite K-1 visa interview if you have urgent medical reason. Is that true? Does anyone know the email I can send the expedite request to?

My fiancé and her sister ( which is my brothers fiancé ) we both brothers engaged to 2 sisters , they both had an interview on June 7th 2022 at the embassy in pakistan islamabad because the embassy in Afghanistan no longer in service we had to transfer to case to pakistan , my fiancé passed her interview they both had the interview same day but different person interviewing them my brothers fiancé also passed her interview. So we were told to bring an interpreter from outside it could be anyone relative cousin or friend so for my fiancé her cousin was the interpreter and for my brothers fiancé I was the interpreter, while the interview took place after few questions and seeing the documents The person interviewing stopped and told me I am no longer allowed to translate he asked for my ID card which I had my passport handed it to him and he said to write my name down which I did he went to the back and spoke with someone and came back and said you are no longer able to translate for anyone in this US Embassy on the other hand congratulations you have passed your interview here is this white slip you will hear back within a few weeks to get your passport and visa. my fiancé got her visa within three or four days after the interview but my brothers fiancé the status was application received and now has changed to administrative processing is this normal I mean we were never requested to submit more documents she was told that she passed the interview and is very frustrating the person doing the interview was very rude with me but maybe he was being a jerk and now the process is taking longer I am very worried hopefully this does not take anywhere two months because we are visiting here in Pakistan and it is very difficult what are your views and thoughts regarding this kind of Visa still get rejected even though he said you have passed

Everthing is going smooth everyone is getting there il for IR1 Category then what happend suddenly why they stopped IR1 ILS. is they not going to release any ir1 ils now?

Hi I got a mail on 19th Nov 2021 that NVC has the document they need and my case is qualified, Now NVC is scheduling my Interview. can anyone who is recently got his or her interview date, i really want to know how much time nvc take time schedule interview. its urgent. please reply if anyone knows about this.

Please can anyone update who is getting an Immigrant visa interview in December 2021? (DQ Qualified)

Hello everyone. I am trying to understand how far away from getting an interview date my case is at the moment. Does anyone here know what is going on right now at the US consulate in Rio? So far I have heard a few things: 1) family-based cases backlog is gone. They are now taking care of tiers 2 & 3 out of the backlog priority list. 2)they are only taking care of students and au pairs at the moment. 3) they are processing all kinds of visas at the same time. So what is going on there right now?

Hi everyone, did anyone receive an appointment at consulate in Sydney for F2A visa this year or recently? Would like to know how long it takes between DQ and an interview. Also, if you expedited your case, please mention this, since it is a different timeline. My case: DQ 23/03/2021

Is there anyway I could follow on the interview schedule from the US Embassy/Consulate General in Manila, Philippines. It's almost 3 months since we got the notification that NVC will work with the embassy to schedule an interview appointment but as of the moment, we have never received any interview date or any update. Does anyone here knows what's causing the delay (I know COVID for obvious reasons)? Anything else? what's the timeline now in getting scheduled for an interview? This is for my minor child.
