    Do you share a parent? Apart from anything else it is much quicker when the Parent files for a child than a sibling assuming you are blood related. If you do share a parent than you can also file. Good insurance.

    Well she is going to be in her 80;s before her priority date becomes current. She can not adjust through you as she has no status to adjust from. She is subkect to a 10 year ban which kicks in when she leaves.

    The Immigration side is just a question of time, say 18 months. Obviously not familiar with Chilean Law but I assume he is not near the age of majority so his Mother will need to be on side. K4 is the dependent of a K3, no K3.

    I have been surprised by the relatively low requirements for O1 and EB2 NIW so not necessarily. I do know someone who obtained an O in the music industry but he is a name in his field. Some Lawyers offer a money back guarantee. Not sure this is a case where they would do so.

    Which country is she from. The most realistic option is to marry a USC.
