  1. I stopped receiving emails from them sometime ago, that explains it, sort of surprised as it seemed a logical business. With good margins.
  2. Photo identification (e.g. driving licence, passport); 4 photographs which meet Department of State requirements; For applicants aged 16 and over, a UK police certificate (known as an ACRO) issued within the past 24 months; Vaccination records, which can be obtained from your regular healthcare provider. If you are unable to obtain your vaccination record, you should consult with the panel physician at the time of your appointment. The vaccination chart is available here, as a PDF (187Kb); Completed medical questionnaire, which can be downloaded here, as a PDF (1 page). I assume for the Medical they are looking for DUIs ot Drug related crimes even though they ask for that information anyway. The date of the medical determines the expiration of the visa.
  3. They are not related.
  4. I have not really followed it, only thing I have seen implied is his age.
  5. Your visa will expire 6 months after the medical
  6. Seems his parents are Polish and moved to the UK and he was born in the UK
  7. Close but not quite. He will be 70 for the next election so makes sense. I think he has been around for as long as I remember.
  8. Do you have a B Visa Being eligible for the Lottery may have been a one off, no way of knowing now. Further education in the US for example a Degree in IT or Medicine may open doors. There is the Investment option if you have lots of money
  9. You start by filing an I 130, good idea to read the guides on here. 18 months ish No Presumably the legalities have been sorted with the other parent.
  10. I have not come across anyone being told a reason, just a normal interview.
  11. My understanding is can be waived not will be waived.
  12. One more for the I 864 and update the DS260 at the interview.
  13. https://dch.georgia.gov/georgiapathways Might want to see if this works for you.
  14. I 94 can be obtained online
  15. Max they would take is 2 years so that is 2021, now 2024, what has happened?
  16. You have asked for specific answers and provide no information. Generally I look at an EB5 as buying a Green Card any money you get back is a bonus. He must have applied sometime ago through a regional scheme with that amount. You do not even mention the scheme. You mention you have a Lawyer who presumably have perused the terms of the agreement, there are exit clauses and I would think it very unlikely your Uncle would have invested without both legal and financial advice so I would start by contacting those advisers.
  17. The only way I can make sense of this is that your father was a LPR and has now naturalised? CSPA applies but to what extent I can not say.
