  1. F2b PI well people who applied 13 years ago are just getting to the front, it will be a lot longer for you. So what is the plan? F1 well depends on the nature of the application, I assume you are able to show you have the funds, you completed your Bachelors. Most importantly what you propose if successful gets you status not a visa.

You stated you had, that you had filed for EAD. Excellent idea to get proper guidance from Competent Lawyers
  3. Will you not need to be on the US Payroll to get US Benefit package?

I keep on thinking there is something I am missing but no idea what.
  5. Well she can only adjust through him, one pf the many downsides of a K1
  6. She came over p/on a K1, married and filed for adjustment. Now the marriage is going south? A lot will depend on the nature of the serious issues.
  7. She could just be waived through, but they may well wish to question her, who gets so much vacation?

I certainly did not check them all but just looked at how many cyber security companies there are in the Front Range, over 200. I would question your Business Model, Wheat Ridge is essentially a suburb of Denver and I always think of Fremont as Prisons, unfair but. How would you attract customers where there is such competition. When I lived in Boulder County it seemed half the people I knew were in IT, and now I am in the Boonies but Denver is not that far and easy enough for Front Range companies to cover. There are a few specialist Lawyers who offer a money back guarantee. This is subjective but it seemed for a while that anyone and everyone could go the NIW route, I think I would have had a case, seems things have returned to actually having a strong case.
  12. https://www.scottimmigration.net/content/about-us A good Lawyer, not that difficult but certainly not quick or cheap.
  13. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-21764636 A Labour MP has apologised for claiming the BBC made a "silly innuendo about the race" of the next Pontiff. David Lammy was commenting on a BBC Twitter message, which asked "will smoke be black or white?". Mr Lammy, tweeting from the Commons chamber, said the BBC message was "crass and unnecessary". He later apologised after Twitter users pointed out the role played by black and white smoke in announcing the election of a new Pope. White smoke traditionally emerges from a Vatican chimney to signify a new pontiff has been chosen. The appearance of black smoke above the Sistine Chapel means no decision has been reached, as happened on Tuesday.
  14. That is the basic procedure, I 130 will take 18 months or so and then the I 601a a few years so sooner Husband gets it going the better, she will interview in CDJ. Mind you that assumes no issues.
  15. You petitioned your Brother, Spouse and Children only become relevant when the PD is current, children can age out, wives can be divorced etc etc.
  16. Why has nothing been done? Possibly an I 130 amnd I 601a but not enough details, they need help from soneone familiar with the process, not a Notario.
  17. You could update now but no biggie can wait until the PD is current.
  18. That is what the I 864 is for.

I am in Colorado and know a lot of people in IT, for a variety of historical reasons IT is big business here. Where are the underserved areas? What is it that you are proposing that is in the National Interest? Most importantly what does your Lawyer say?
  20. LPR is Legal Permanent Resident and you would be their sponsor, seems like they may be getting on, can you afford it?
