Any answer here will be pure speculation. nobody can’t know this exactly.

What are the base of your question?

The problem is, it's always your burden to prove you're eligible for immigration benefit:

"Burden of Proof The burden of proof to establish eligibility for an immigration benefit always falls solely on the benefit requestor. [1] The burden of proof never shifts to USCIS."

    Source: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-e-chapter-4

So this means it's not USCIS job to prove you're ineligible. It's the other way round.

    Furthermore:

"This means that the benefit requestor has come forward with the facts and evidence which show that, at a minimum, and without any further inquiry, he or she has proven initial eligibility for the benefit sought, though in certain cases the officer is then required to determine whether approval or denial is appropriate, in his or her discretion. "

You don't have to prove it to me, I'm not an IO deciding cases based on 3 year marriage rule.

Just make this point at the interview if IO wants to deny you and let us know how it goes.

    Good luck!

Because it's very likely computer systems are automatically checking the applications initially. Those systems may struggle when the form is both handwritten and typed.

If you cannot type it all, just complete the entire form by hand.

This is just a suggestion, I don't know that for a fact.

    Hopefully without RFE.
This is N-400, impossible without interview AFAIK, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I am trying to educate the above users, maybe they understand that a solo trip does not mean that your marriage is not there!
And i dislike how easily they label things and cancel a valid marriage and a love story that has been going on for13 years...

Not stressed at all about it!

If you can prove that and if you can prove the absence was necessary, cool.
No point making a difficult argument if you can make it moot.
    TBD

This is not a good advice...
Residing means : have one's permanent home in a particular place.   It does not mean that if one member of the family is gone for a while, the couple does not reside together. His "permanent" (lol) home is still with his/her wife.
Please people, stand for your rights and for the law. Don't let USCIS mess up with you! Don't be afraid to sue them if you think you are right!
The immigrants are an important part of the society. You also have rights! You work hard to make a living in this expensive country and you need to be respected too!

In my case there is nothing to prove. Same house, same address, same comingled finances, same as the beginning. If they ask, i ll give them many reasons why my spouse did not join me.
What i want you and the readers to take out of this post is that you should not be afraid to do things if they are legit and in accordance with USCIS's manual.

You haven't even had your interview yet? You don't even know yet if it's going to be a problem for you? Why all the stressing and fuss then?

I think you will have the challenge of proving your spouse  could not be with you for those 3 months.

I had to leave the USA for 5 weeks in the midst of Covid and my country of birth allowed me to bring my foreign spouse with me. Hence we maintained continuous marital union.
    In general I agree.

^^ Yes, that's the weakness. The app doesn't store previous statuses for case IDs. When I-751 is approved, it initially shows in the app. As soon as status changes to New Card Being Produced / Card was mailed, then you cannot be certain what type of case it is.
It could be I-485, I-765, I-90 or I-751. I think all of them share some messages for statuses, and the app is not designed to keep history. Which may be a legal issue for developer, even if they wanted to do it.
Oh well, it's better than nothing.

Many people here have sent quarterly statements and been approved without issue. It really comes down to preference, what gives you peace of mind, and what other strong evidence is sent. Just don't leave out any pages of the statements you do send.

This is correct, and if the service center does ever change for other reasons (like filing N-400), you'll receive an update about it.
