The quckest way is to get I-693 exam done ASAP and not bother with vaccination records. Many vaccinations are only issued at certain age and never again. Others can be issued again even if patient had them before, without any harm. So the path of least resistance is let civil surgeon figure out what all is required to satisfy USCIS during exam. Many times civil surgeon will just give all the necessary missing jabs during exam and that's it.

You're in a very bad spot. You needed to act fast and file for divorce once you separated. USCIS cannot approve I-751 if you're still married but not living together. So you need to convert your petition to Divorce Waiver and complete divorce ASAP. You definitely need to make sure USCIS is clear your marriage didn't work out.

Yes, you can travel internationally as long as card is valid even without extension letter. You need to make sure the GC is valid on the day you enter the US if you don't have extension letter. Also, remember you may be scheduled for biometrics appointment while you're travelling. Missing appointment is very undesirable as it pauses proceeding of I-751 and also can lead to eventual denial. So it's always best to leave the country after biometrics are reused or you attended the appointment.

No this is not an official extension letter. You will receive physical letter printed on watermarked paper. The physical letter is what you can use for air travel and proving your GC is extended at places such as DMV.

Some people never had 2 year GC. Then entered the US, received their 10 year unconditional GC because they were married for 2+ years. But if they apply under 3 year rule, they'll have to prove marriage.

If you filed N-400 under general provision, based on being a permanent resident for 5 years, then wife doesn't play a big role and isn't part of the process. USCIS can still ask about her and your marriage. If you applied for N-400 under 3 year rule, based on marriage to US citizen, she's 100% part of the process.

They should not have I-751 interview if youe GC is being produced. Take new GC and I-751 approval letter to interview and give it to officer when they ask to see GC. Even if they were going to do I-751, they would then realize they don't need to. Anything about your immigration, background and your spouse. Remember dates, names, trips you took, places you lived at, placed you worked at. Know marriage date, birthday of your spouse and kids, where do they work or study, how you met.
