  1. Yes, bring an errata sheet and hand over to officer before interview begins.
  2. Yes, most likely she won't be admitted in to the US. And if she is admitted, but attempts adjustment... That's fraud.
  3. No, these two should not affect your wife's application.
  4. Why does it matter whether it was on time or late? N-400 doesn't ask whether you ever filed taxes late, as far as I know.
  5. If unsure, answer yes and explain. Misdemeanor is a crime, even though a small one. Don't try to hide / minimize it. Here's info: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-f-chapter-5 Good luck!
  6. Under no circumstances one should lie to USCIS. If OP disclosed it in the medical for AOS, it's pretty clear USCIS knows about it.
  7. Because passport is not the only document people use for travel. People travel on refugee travel documents and other documents. Even with passport there are hundreds of countries with slightly different looking passports and places where to find passport number.
  8. 1) Hijacking old thread is typically discouraged on VJ. New threads are preferred 2) Using all caps is typically considered yelling in writing 3) You need to use passport number. If the travel was in old passport, use old passport number she used
  9. May need to consult with a lawyer. But you may not be eligible for citizenship. Marijuana isn't legal on federal level.
  10. Yes, banks block debit or credit card transactions all the time as fradulent. You can search VJ for reports. USCIS does not attempt charging card twice. If initial transaction declined, entire packet is rejected and returned.
  11. Follow their advice. Check at random times. Try checking at night right after midnight or later.
  12. She may need to attend biometrics appointnent where they're going to take photo. As far as I know.
  13. No need to go, as far as I know. Hopefully they updated citizenship status and not just reissued card.
  14. I'm not 100% sure, but you can only do it if found inadmissable by officer. Others can correct me.
  15. Not WAVA, but may affect adjustment of status, depending on state laws. Worst case you may be found inadmissable and deportable.
  16. Ties to Phillippines is all that matters. Trips to other countries don't matter much
  17. Other officers may not agree. Risky move, but again photos are not primary evidence.
  18. You're quoting things related to maintaining continuous residence. What you forget is marital union requirement because you're applying on 3 year rule. Quite a few officers interpret that strictly and if you had a trip for few months without your spouse, they'd deny based on breaking marital union.
  19. 1. Lease agreement(s) or mortgage statements showing both names 2. Joint bank account statements (checking, savings) 3. Jointly filed tax return transcripts 4. Joint insurance policy / policies - car, health, life etc. 5. Flight and hotel reservations showing both names 6. Copies of state IDs or driver licenses with matching address for both spouses Make sure to provide all pages of those documents. Make sure your evidence covers period from date you married until now.
  20. It may take several weeks or even months to get another appointment. Sacrificing interview for vacation is not something I would have done personally. Maybe others would know, but I didn't see much promising info in this thread: Looping in @appleblossom
  21. Depending on officer: 1) Living in separate states intially can be a problem 2) Your trip home for 2 months alone can be a problem 3) Another trip under 6 months if without husband can be a problem. Based on this pattern I would not apply until 3 year anniversary of you coming back from longer trip that lasted under 6 months.
  22. What's more important evidence for 3 year rule N-400 is lease agreement or mortgage statements, joint bank account statements, jointly filed tax return transcripts, utility bills showing both spouses live at the same address, insurance showing both names, flight reservations showing both names etc etc
  23. Photos is the least important evidence. Yes, you can include some, maybe 20. Create a Word document. Place 3 photos per page. Capture every photo with date, location, occasion and name of people in the photo. Example: "01/01/2023. Times Square, New York. New Year Celebration. Left to right: John Smith (LPR applicant), Veronica Smith (US citizen spouse), Robert Brown (friend), Samantha Brown (friend)"
