    Only an unverified rumour, but I heard this question exists for a reason. If anytime in the future US needs to denaturalize somebody, this question and answers to it could be used as a convenient pretext. Remember, Al Capone served his time for tax evation and not the insane crimes that were committed including murders.

    You can safely ignore Andrew's channel. He's catering for multimillionaires (10M+). Typically this is when taxation becomes a real issue. I was thinking maybe that's why you're seeking to renounce.

    Silly question. How is UK taxation system related to your life in Spain? If you live in Spain full time, you're not a UK resident for tax purposes and don't owe any taxes there? And in this case, why do you need to bank in the UK, wouldn't be easier to bank locally?

    US LPR is a always a tax resident for the purposes of IRS. Why is the spending so much time outside of the US? Does she have reentry permit? She may lose GC if she doesn't have reentry permit or loses ties to the US.

    That's true. I was addressing my message to overwhelming majority who do not get waivers. Of course the people who need waivers won't be completing vaccinations.

    Hi everybody, Does anybody know whether it's possibile to get the first time passport as a large book as well as passport card when applying through passport agency? I may have a business trip that may come shortly after interview / oath and would need to get the passport ASAP. Thank you

    Was oath scheduled according to online status? If your N-400 isn't approved yet (verbal approvals are not legally binding), you can sue USCIS for decision 120 days after interview.

    This sounds like a better plan. You cannot successfully sponsor anybody unless you have US domicile and enough provable income for USCIS.

    It doesn't make sense since not both names are on credit card statements. Other bank statements are way more useful.

    Some observations: 1) Questions are picked at random, but not random enough. I found it useful to say "Pick very random questions. I'm ready". 2) Occasionally GPT gets into "nazi" mode (e.g. very strict) and treats short answers as incorrect, when they're allowed. For example, who is current vice president. I say "Vance" and it replies "Incorrect, it's J.D. Vance". 3) There's some limit of how many conversations you can have per hour.

    Effective April 4, 2024, any Form I-693 that was properly completed and signed by a civil surgeon on or after Nov. 1, 2023, does not expire. You can use it indefinitely as evidence that you are not inadmissible on health-related grounds.

    The problem is... Nobody can tell you that with certainty or even approximation. Telling users what to say or not say on VJ violates TOS. Good luck!

    I was a skeptic about electronic filing, since my AOS and ROC were filed on paper. But after filing N-400 electronically, I can say it's more convenient. The only reasons to file on paper is fee waiver or you have non-standard answers. Online form is strict about what you can type in answers to questions. Paper is more flexible in this regard.
