How would this help? I'm pretty sure there was an objective reason for cancellation, such as officer on sick leave, tight schedule, background check pending, change in priorities. It's not like USCIS will change their mind and schedule for original timeslot because of phone call. And phone calls just waste USCIS time they could be spending on adjudicating cases. Anybody getting scheduled less than 6-12 months for the interview are super lucky.

I'd put same surname as normal name for nickname. This is not a problem.

Shouldn't be... Both are immediate relatives of US citizen. However, each case is individual. Plus USCIS is known to shift priorities. You can see there's many who filed in October and November of 2024 still waiting for their interviews. I'd be ready for 1 year of processing time. If it's faster - great.

Just a note: it's local field office, not service center that determines speed of N-400 processing. N-400 is always decided in local field office, unlike say I-751 where it may be decided at service center without interview.

Another minor comment, Europe uses CVs, but USA has resumes (CVs are mostly for jobs in academia), which explains the difference in format. AI is a good start for resume. But of course, make personal edits and taylor it to position. Gap in employment is natural, you should focus on skills and value you can provide to company. If you're a great candidate, gap would be not as important as you have valid reason for it.

N-400 cannot be approved and will have to be withdrawn. How long would divorce take? If USCIS gives you 88 days to produce response to RFE, would divorce be final by then? IMHO a possibly better strategy if you needed more time would have been: 1) File fresh I-751 based on divorce waiver 2) Wait for receipt 3) Withdraw both N-400 and old I-751 But of course, if divorce is quick, then you can try amending I-751 to divorce waiver. And they can help you with writing statement and explaining what you need for interview etc. That's their job? Your ID must be under your physical address where you sleep at night! Don't even attempt to file until you have a proper ID. By listing PO box, you may be violating state laws depending on state.

There is no such visa "I 30". There's I-130 petition which results in CR-1 or IR-1 visa after I-130 is approved and DS-260 is filed with consulate. I-130 takes about 17 months to be approved nowadays for spouses of US citizens. So you can expect a decision between December 2025 and February 2026.
