    Most likely USCIS will ask for a joint sponsor. I'd be preparing for it.

    If I-129F is approved, relationship is verified. I-485 is for determening admissabilty, so USC is not needed for this part.

    Evidence. You should add a lot more to this list. Joint bank account statements, joint lease agreement or mortgage statements, utility bills showing both names, health or car insurance showing both names. Evidence of you listing your spouse on retirement plans. Flight / hotel reservations together. Photos of both of you with friends and family. Joint memberships like Costco or gym. Affidavits of friends or people who know you. And many more things!

    That's how I filed for my AOS: everything together... I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-693....

    I highly recommend paying by personal check. If you search VJ you'll see some people had issues with credit card. Bank blocks transaction as potential fraud. The form is G-1450

    There needs to be underlying case on file (I-485) for I-131 and I-765 to be filed. Unless you have I-485 receipt you don't know whether it was accepted or rejected.

    I had few large electronics purchases from there with good discount plus keep buying gift cards for Uber etc with great discount. Also we do 3-4 in person trips for food around holidays (and treat ourselves to $5 chicken 😃) Plus paper towels, toilet paper, toothpaste, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, batteries etc are exclusively sourced from and delivered by Costco in my household due to good price. So essentially I don't go there in person as much, yet still benefit from it quite a bit

    I see. Just to let you know: most of the times mail forwarding doesn't work with USCIS. At least, nothing worked for me when I was moving: USPS intercept, Hold Mail, Forwarding.... GC showed up at old address. One thing you can do is try to get Infopass appointment and see if USCIS can find case by alien number. Another thing, try to file FOIA and get all files back. If you paid with check, do you have a scan of cashed check? Sometimes USCIS writes case number in the check itself as they deposit it.

    Oh yes, forgot to mention the fun part. MyProgress estimate shows 3 weeks until decision on N-400, despite me holding certificate of naturalization in hand 😃

    Congrats! Let me guess, MyProgress on USCIS showing something like "3 months to decision" ?

    I believe L-1s are dual intent visas, just like H-1B. So shouldn't be an issue.
