Update on my status. Wife's interview was set for March 20th, 2023. Interview was also very quick and easy. From everything my wife told me she passed. CO told my wife that the visa shouldn't take more than a weeks time and to pick it up at our designated location. So happy to get this part over with. I'm sure I still have a bit more dealings with the US Government since my wife is only getting a 2 year visa. But for me it's 100% better to be together and the overall timeline between filing and visa for me was only about 1 year. 😁

Congratulations! I'm glad everything went well. It took me less than a week to get my passport back via Thai post. Good luck with the relocation!

Congrats! I'm hoping my wife gets it as quickly as you did. We're going on vacation 10 days after the interview and would like to just head immediately to the US after that vacation as well.

Thank you for that update. I probably won't get my interview until March then. XD was hoping a early February interview as well.

We just received our DQ email 30 minutes ago!!

So, just a few minutes ago I got an email saying I've been DQ, but still nothing on CEAC has updated. I'll wait for the end of the year and see if anything on the portal updates.

Received 2 emails today.  One said case updated.  2nd said DQ.  THANK GOD!!!
 
All required docs submitted 11-14-22.  I submitted docs 2 weeks after this under the “additional” section. 

I've also got the DQ and status change email yesterday but no changes showing up on site (just checked dates and my submission date is actually 11/11).  With the dq email i'll just assume the ceac site just hasnt been getting updated on time  🙂
 
Side note, I uploaded additional docs under other- civil documents section 2 separate times and it hasnt fortunately put me to the end of the line from that date.  good luck to everybody else still waiting 👍

We submitted on the 10th of November. 

Received a dummy email on the 17th saying there's an update to the website. However no actual update on the website, so we sent an enquiry today.

Finally got dq 

I got a status email this morning but nothing on the site.

Nothing yet on my side. I will post here when I get an appointment date.

Are you still waiting for the interview appointment? I myself just got DQed and was wondering about the timeframe myself.

Got email from NVC 20 minutes ago about the action on the case but nothing changed on CEAC.

Just received my DQ email but the status in my CEAC file has not been updated. So I'm just hoping it's because it's a Friday and by Monday everything will be good. The email definitely says I've been DQ though. 12/16/2022 date.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! From my understanding VisaJourney usually recommends either finding assets or a co-sponsor. A lot of times they also recommend just getting accurate information in regards to current pay. Such as a employment verification with stated salary of your wife or several months pay stubs. From my understanding proving that current income is enough should suffice at the interview. Now is the time for you to convince the Consulate.
 
Edit: I saw that you stated her Income is from Thailand... From my understanding they're looking for US based Income unless it will continue while in the US.

I asked Emma through Live Chat to see whether my petition was accepted or not because the status was still "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" and they stated that it was Approved.
