Your LPR parent needs to contact the Congressman of his district . Google the office , fill out the authorization form and email them a copy of his DL as proof he lives in the district. Simply stare the Consulate made the Misrep/Fraud finding in error as the school records were authentic . BUT..you MUST ALSO get them authenticated by a second ( higher government ) source . For example the state or federal school district authority that governs the school you attended. It is a good thing that you got the school to admit their mistake , but their credibility is shot ..so get another authentication. Keep faith CSPA will protect you and argue the delay was caused by circumstances beyond your control ( if issue arises) What is your country of origin?

I lean towards a swift court martial and execution . ..same day preferably. My countrymen perfected the “Ceausecu “ .. Transcript of the closed "trial" of Nicolae and Elena Ceausescu, December, 1989 Description Elena and Nicolae Ceausescu fled from Bucharest by helicopter on December 22, but the pilot soon landed, claiming that they would be fired upon. The couple then hijacked a car but they were recognized, chased and caught by local police in Tirgoviste. Ion Iliescu announced on national television the next day that the Ceausescus had been arrested, and he said, “The time will come for their just and harsh judgment by the people” not suggesting any urgency. But on December 24, NSF leaders decided to put the two captives on trial immediately. The proceedings took place on Christmas day, and at the end of the trial Elena and Nicolae Ceausescu were executed. https://chnm.gmu.edu/1989/items/show/690.html Source

Too early to celebrate..? Nah..Hoorah Colorado 😂!! Colorado Supreme Court disqualifies Trump from 2024 ballot The disqualification, which was made under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, is related to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021. Tuesday's 4-3 ruling is stayed until January 4 because of likely appeals. Three justices on the Colorado Supreme Court dissented. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/colorado-supreme-court-disqualifies-trump-2024-ballot.amp

Our very own Home Grown Little Orange Hitler 😂 Former President Donald Trump said immigrants coming to the U.S. are “poisoning the blood of our country,” a remark on Saturday that quickly drew a rebuke from his chief Democratic rival as President Joe Biden’s campaign likened the words to those of Adolf Hitler. “They let — I think the real number is 15, 16 million people into our country. When they do that, we got a lot of work to do. They’re poisoning the blood of our country,” https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna130141

O1 visa if the company was dissolved and then... revived?
Family replied to kodjima33's topic in Work Visas
I like your plan. ..worth giving it a shot . especially since you caught it early enough. The dissolution may not even have taken effect as it takes weeks to process . Example in CA it takes about 4 weeks . If you continued to work for the “employer “ without interruption and the dissolution never takes place …then I suppose you are in a don’t ask /don’t tell position . Invest in finding an attorney w employment experience for a consult and update you post . -
DS260 no employment history required
Family replied to Deejee's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
Your clear response does make it clear that there have been some recent changes to the DS-260 and they no longer require 10 years of employment history. ..a good step , as most questions are redundant repetitions of info on record via I-130’ Looks like the I-130 has also eliminated the 10 years past employment history and only asks for beneficiary “ current employment “ , although it ask for a start date. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130.pdf Beneficiary's Employment Information Provide the beneficiary's current employment information (if applicable), even if they are employed outside of the United -

I did a quick look at OP previous post and realized the “ 72 page “ document is MX Criminal Record of beneficiary. ..so good and accurate translation ( Lots of Legalese ) is warranted AND a consult with a US immigration attorney to look over in case of inadmissibility issues

Your 72 page document is NOT a simple “ civil document “ such as Birth Cert , Marriage Cert . ..I will not venture a gurss at what it is . The answer to your question is also nuanced and NOT simple . ..because : If you expect Consular Officer at interview to look at and consider a 72 page original document ( hand carried ) they will ONLY do so if said document has already been uploaded to CEAC …..which means that bit of the process belonged to NVC and would have involved NVC , therefore would have required an accompanying translation.,,or they would RFE d . I will assume you are DQ ( finished w NVC ) …so you should UPLOAD the 72 page document to CEAC before the interview to at least have a shot at CO revising it . As for “ professional “ or DIY translation..IT DEPENDS on the nature of the document.. What is the 72 page document and why do you think CO needs to see it ?

returning resident after deportation
Family replied to Tony718's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
Hats off to the post deportation relief attorneys who got you back !!! Please share their names .. it’s a true pleasure to see a Win. To get your N.400 / US citizenship you will just need to wait five years from date you got paroled back in ..you MUST have 5 years of Physical Presence to apply You can DIY the N.400 when time comes , just show your green card, copy of paroled entry and IJ decision ( immigration judges order). Am incredibly curious on how you won ..hope you give details ..thank you -
You must send in a copy of divorce and Request to Amend to Waiver of Joint filing NOW. Avoid giving details in letter ..and prepare to be scheduled for an interview ( solo ) after they get your notice .THERE will be questions at that time and hopefully they match with evidence /timeline of docs u provided at filing and RFE stages . You are NOT required to file a new I-751 and restart the wait . The worst thing that could happen to you is that the Joint I-751 is approved before you send out your letter ..so don’t even wish for that.

You are only required to send in the updated page (s) with the corrected answers for public charge . This must be done on the SAME edition as the filed I-485. If you do not have a file copy of that edition page or cannot download it, then you would need to do a complete I-485 form ( all pages ) and indicate an updated edition form is enclosed . At the end of the day, they must end up with a complete / corrected form where ALL pages are of the same edition https://www.uscis.gov/i-485

Maryanne Trump Barry, the eldest sister of former President Trump, dies at 86 Hear Trump's sister criticize her brother in secretly recorded audio Barry was one of the former president’s closest confidants throughout his life, and one of the few people whose counsel he sought, though a rift in the relationship happened during his last year in office when his niece released recordings of Barry speaking critically of her brother. Trump was deeply hurt by the comments, a source directly familiar with the comments told CNN at the time. “Donald’s out for Donald,” Barry said to her niece, an outspoken critic of Trump’s presidency and the author of a bombshell book about him: “Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created The World’s Most Dangerous Man.” “His goddamned tweet and lying, oh my God,” Barry said on the recording. “I’m talking too freely, but you know. The change of stories. The lack of preparation. The lying.” At one point in the recording, she called her younger brother “cruel.” “He has no principles,” Barry said. “None.” She https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2023/11/13/politics/maryanne-trump-barry-dies/index.html

Yes the mother in law can file . .as others indicated. Doesn’t seem like much of an advantage when you look at the visa bulletin between the two categories. ..especially assuming the F-4 petition is at least 2 years old already. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2024/visa-bulletin-for-november-2023.html
