caramella reacted to jmn1012 in Flu Shot due to Medical Examination I-693
I had a Flu shot in the UK not long ago. As it was not on my vaccination record I had to have another one as it was in flu season.
As the reply states, get the shot or wait 4 weeks. Rules are the rules.
Medical insurance may cover it if cost is the issue.

If you are doing medical during flu season, it is required.

USCIS does not care if you think that vaccine is not necessary, its part of the immigration law for adjustment of status. you are in the flu season till march 31st. if you dont want than wait to file after march 31st

I485 is for the applicant and you are not the applicant, so definitely not your A#.
Read instructions and guides very carefully first. If you are asking this even after responding to your questions, it’s highly likely you will make tons of mistakes.
I really suggest you read i130 and i485 instructions first line by line and the guides in this forum. It is recommended to put two checks.
From instructions:
I130: $535
i485 + biometrics (if you mom is under 79): $1140+$85

when it says petitioner it wants your number
when it says beneficary N/A as she does not have one yet

You need to look at the purpose of the question each time. Is it in a section asking about the petitioner ... you .. so put your number from when you were LPR ... or is it a question addressing the beneficiary ... your mother .. if it’s addressing her put n/a or leave blank as she does not have an A number at this time

Wherever it is asking for your A# put yours, where it’s asking for you mom’s put hers if she has one, if she doesn’t have one, no need. I-94 number is not the A#.

Unusual to have a B1, what business is she in? Is this something she will be continuing on the US.
But not relevant to migration.

Having a B1 doesn't do, mean, or help the process just to note.
