Hello Visajourners,

I hope your weekend is off to a great start! I am thinking to apply for Green Card for my mother since she doesn't have anyone to take care of her back home. Currently, she holds a B1 visa. What are the documents and requirements to apply for Green Card?

FYI: I am an American citizen, and my income is very good.

Please Advise!

Greatly appreciated!

Having a B1 doesn't do, mean, or help the process just to note.

Unusual to have a B1, what business is she in? Is this something she will be continuing on the US.

But not relevant to migration.
