Thank you everyone! I ended up going to the interview on a wheelchair.. I explained what happened and I got approved !! 🥳🎉 
After the interview I went straight to the hospital..Doctors said was Guillain Barre syndrome that Tdap vaccine and stress caused it 😐 
I had a treatment for a week and now I get better and better every day ✌🏼😊

WE GOT A CALL FRIDAY TO LET US KNOW THAT THE CASE WAS REVIEWED AND THE VISAS WERE APPROVED, NO EXPLANATION  AT ALL, JUST  TO SEND THE PASSPORTS TO THE EMBASSY IN JUAREZ
 
YESTERDAY THE STATUS CHANGED TO ISSUED AND 45 MINUTES AGO GOT THE EMAIL WITH THE DHL TRACKING

Do a Cover Letter titled Supplemental Filing for I-129 F , list the enclosed evidence along with copy of receipt notice. Excellent odds to avoid RFE

There are recheck counters right before you exit customs. If for some reason they aren't available you would exit immigration with all bags and proceed upstairs to ticket counters. At most a 5 minutes walk 

Addendum:  There's nothing in life quite like having to triumph over a consulate.  It will be interesting to hear your analysis of your own emotional state (if you wish to provide it) as you begin to recover.

Your feeling is very natural.  Your words describe exactly how I felt after overcoming our own hosing in Guayaquil.  If it's consolation to you, I later found it a relief, in comparison, to deal with USCIS again.  With her visa, you'll have far less to face in the future.

My wife was approved this morning. This long arduous process is done, at least the parts dealing with the embassy and what not. 🥳😭 Still feeling shock, not yet reality.

When you say that you won't be allowed inside, I hope that it means the interview, rather than the building itself.  The following advice applies if you're let inside the building:
 
You, or your wife, should tell the FSN (Foreign Service national, now called LES -- Locally Engaged Staff) who collects the documents that you request that the Chief of the Immigrant Visa Unit be present or on hand and that you be called in to the interview if there's a shred of doubt about the bona fide nature of your marriage.  If you get static, play the USC card:  "Are you a USC?  No?  Well, I am, and because this is our third interview, I insist that the IVU Chief hear me out if there's any problem."
 
This next applies if you're made to stand outside the building:
 
Give your U.S. passport to your wife with a note taped to it:  "Vice-Consul:  I'm close by outside the building.  Because it may be helpful toward granting the visa, I encourage you to call me inside for a thorough USC-to-USC face-to-face interview.  In addition, please let me know the name of the IVU Chief.  Thank you.  [signature]."
 
From now until the interview, repeat to yourself:  "I will not be hosed.  I will not be hosed."  Say it to yourself in front of the mirror, several times daily, with increasing self-belief.  I also recommend violent physical exercise for blowing off tension.

Your statment.. is true.. but from what I actually heard myself.. the paperwork for AOS,EAD, are being process very fast, maybe not as fast as OP  might need it.. but better than before, because of fee's increase on April 1st.

Update.. she will arrive in 3 weeks... what a long journey.. but it's almost over!

Can you ask the clinic for a copy of the medical results to see what the issue is. I got a copy of the full medical exam/results (including x-ray results) sent to me from the clinic the same day they sent the original to the embassy. That would likely shed some light on what's going on. 

Now that the fees to adjust your status after a US marriage have doubled,   spouse visa makes mush more sense as both K1 and CR1 take about the same time.
 
If u will not return to Nigeria to live,  send for the criminal report documents that will be needed for your Finland interview.
If u do return to Nigeria for an interview ,  make sure u get a Finish criminal report before u leave.
 
what is important now is that you have over a year to show more trips to be together and you can prove it with  copies of boarding passes,  hotel receipts ,  etc 
time spent together will be very important to your case.
 
It would be best if the USC joined the site for information as she is the one who now is responsible for the process

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. My fiance and I received our approval on 1/24, and a letter from the NVC on 2/12. I was just wondering how long did it take for you to receive a letter from the consulate after your NVC letter? How did they notify you and/or your fiance? And did they have to extend past your approval notice expiration date? Did you ever reach out to the embassy, if so how and did they respond with helpful information? I'm sorry for all the questions, but our fiances are from the same country. 

yes,  agree , my speeding ticket from 2004 showed up when i went to marry  in 2010  /  some states never take these off

Technically speeding violations are not criminal (it all depends on circumstances..  like being chased by the police and etc... ) but whatever is in the person's background will show up.. no matter how old it is.
The person you said is USC..I would tell her, she could call her county clerk's office and ask for a certificate of deposition..

I agree, I don't think either of these would be an issue now.
I think the proof of ongoing visits particularly after your wedding, and the fact that you are outside the consulate awaiting the outcome of the interview will be positives in your case.
