No, they asked for volunteers before boarding. They already knew they needed to have 4 people 'volunteer'.  Perhaps the big mistake was letting everyone board assuming they would get those volunteers. The process would have been easier if they denied boarding than trying to forcibly remove someone.

I think Walmart should have it's own police force, that way it can stop wasting the police's time, money, and efforts. They can put the jail in the frozen food aisle.

They lost $1200 from me. I booked Air Canada from Denver to Vancouver in June. I usually fly 3-4 times a year, and previously always with United. They won't lose a billion, but not all of the losses are on paper.

I was thinking beyond just presidential candidates though. Women are really under represented throughout government at all levels in the USA. According to IPU data, we rank 100th in the world at the representative level and not much better at the senate/upper house. Overall there are 96 countries in the world where women are more represented in government than the US. To me that is a dismal statistic for a country such as ours.

Forty five presidents to date. I'm curious to see how you'll make the empirical data support your contention on this one.

He will last 4 years because there's no partisan alternative. Either party would put Beelzebub in the oval office for a chance at 4 years of, uh , whatever it is they do in Washington nowadays. When you sell your soul to the devil, you can't let go easily.
