  4. @Rajan @N/A @akposphil @Wingster @farzady @DTCC Did you received interview letter?
  5. @scatwin Check out this spreadsheet for interview timeline. Current wait time for EB interview at Montreal is 27 months, but it is expected to decrease rapidly in the coming months. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14yZKxht6igwJPXPU0EehKmmN2hx1g3EchEuB5G0yNO4/edit#gid=0
  6. @hasibqa It is the country of your current residence (Canada). Next to the dropdown box there is a small (!). If you hover over that, you will see that it says something like "your current country of work visa.." etc.

I have not received an interview letter yet. I don’t know where to check. As other people in the trend that was DQ’d the same time they already received their interview letter. Do you know if it will be send through mail or email? thanks

      What is your priority date?

Priority date 01-oct-2002. The last email I received late august was the generic  notice "to inform your case for an immigrant visa is documentarily complete at NVC since 30-Oct-2021"  So far nothing  new. I was a little worried as we recently move to different address. And if it was through mail I might not get it. I am relieved that interview letter will be sent through email. Thank you @Blueeyes1989 for replying.

  8. Did you receive your IL?

  9. @Alore01 F11 visa category is for "Unmarried Son or Daughter of U.S. Citizen". Your pririty date also needs to be current to get an interview letter. Looks like yours is not current (please refer to visa bulletin). @Arxh What is your priority date? Is it current?
  10. @F3-from Toronto The medical doctor do ask for original passport. You can email the doctor and explain the situation and also provide the photo copy of the passport. On the side note you should not have given your original passport for PCC (even though they ask for it, because it is simply absurd for them to ask).
  11. All F categories (F1/F2A/F2B/F3/F4) are given same priority for interview at consulates. Hence the tracking sheet which @joydhaka mentions, is a very good indicator on when you will be called for the interview. As of yesterday (09/22/22), people with January 2022 DQ date were called for interview. Hence @joydhaka might have already received the IL (please confirm). @Arxh and @Alore01 are welcome to add their info in this sheet.
  12. Looks like F group ILs were issued for 6 months. Very good progress by Montreal.
  13. @Ashley28888 I agree with your lawyer. Uploading new documents is scary- they might change the DQ date, but many have done it in the past with no problems. What is F1 D/S 10 year bar?
  14. @Har123 My understanding is that, if you transit through any country and have not left the airport, then that country is not even needed to be mentioned in your list of travels. I have transited through Ukraine twice in 2008- I never mention that in my list of countries travelled.
  15. @Tony05 ILs are generally sent on the last business day of the month.
  16. @Dip_eb Here is the list: http://www.health1stmedical.ca/us-medical-exam-requirements.html
  17. @F3-from Toronto SInce you visited India AFTER getting a PCC from India, you will need to redo it. You still have time. India PCC takes 10 weeks, so you should start the process right away.
