  1. We do not have any members with DQ in May 2020. Hence I don't expect any ILs news in this forum this week.
  2. @Ravinder kaur Takes 1 week. What is your status here: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx
  3. @Ravinder kaur https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-statistics/immigrant-visa-statistics/monthly-immigrant-visa-issuances.html
  4. @immishokThey are pushing 3 months of F category per month. At this rate F will be current in 4 months. Then they will start churning out EB at high rates. 6-8 months sounds doable for clearing all backlogs.
  5. @hasibqaThis shows issued visas. Are you F2A category? What is your DQ date. the tracking list for all F visas is below my signature. Please review it to see who is waiting.
  6. Visa statistics were posted today. Looks like great progress in all categories!
  7. @Ravinder kaur You can keep checking the staus here for your passport. Generally the passport is avaialble in a week. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx
  8. @Ravinder kaur Did they ask for your India PCC? Or they were okay with your old one? Also, when was your India PCC issued?
  9. @Ravinder kaur There are many, but mostly for people who are missing documents. How was your interview?
  10. @Ashley28888 The 60 day email is automatic and is independent on when you get an interview letter. So don't pay any attention to it. Also, keep an eye on your CEAC page for any changes.
  11. @Tony05No issues. However, be prepared to explain the reason on why are you applying and don't hide the fact that you have a pending immigrant visa application.
  12. @joydhaka I have added you to the tracking sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1phSTiwuIBzBBDGDSwBTgA6iwPt6vhWgd_JQWlHoj7vE/edit#gid=0 You should get interview letter in November 2022.
  13. @3LabMom I would suggest that you do not add any new documents to your NVC profile, until you get an interview call. Changing anything in your NVC profile might reset your DQ date.
  14. @chauhanmanish At the Toronto airport (US preclearance facility)
  15. @Ashley28888Last business day of the month. Are you F2B visa applicant? What is your DQ date? Here are the list of the people (in this forum) currently waiting: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1phSTiwuIBzBBDGDSwBTgA6iwPt6vhWgd_JQWlHoj7vE/edit#gid=0
  16. @Ravinder kaur That is not correct. See this website for PCC. Also here is the screenshot:https://www.hciottawa.gov.in/pages?id=4&subid=131&nextid=87
  17. @CaveMan2 After approval, you are pretty much a US green card holder and there are no restrictions for employment.
  18. @Ravinder kaur If you have spent any time greater than 12 months in India, after your were 16 years old, then yes, you will need Indian PCC. Please see the table below and check, which situation applies to you.
  19. @datafate You do require paystubs for the last 3 months and an employment letter which is less than 30 days old. Do you think you can get both before your interview? If you have not already joined the company, then a recent letter stating that you will be employed, may also work.
  20. Refer to this post by our experienced member @From_CAN_2_US. PCC validity was discussed a lot before and looks like this question keeps confusing people. FYI: It took me couple of hours of scrolling to find this.
  21. I added a new page. Please lock this one and move to the next one. @Ontarkie
