  1. Montreal embassy EB-2 interview wait time-Part 2 Continuation of this thread:
  2. @F3 Guitarist Filled and submitted DS260 never expires. Only the form version is expired. DONOT fill out a new form. You will be pushed back to the end of the line. Read this paragraph found in this link: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/News/visas-news/department-of-state-aila-liaison-committee-meeting-06-09-2022.html
  3. @dhruvroom This is super weird. It cannot be CR1. Please check if your wife is US citizen or green card holder. If later, then contact NVC to correct this mistake.
  4. @dhruvroom Do you know which category of visa, did your wife petitioned you for? I bet it is F2A, hence you should look at the F visa sheet. Also, it does not matter whether you are F2A, F2B or F3. They are all considered same category(i.e. F based) and hence given equal weightage. Same holds true for (IR1, IR2, CR1, CR2) and (EB1, EB2, EB3).
  5. @Mary184Welcome to the group. Please see the EB tracking sheet in my signature. Current wait time is 27 months, but it will most likely speed up once family based visa interviews are completed. Did you receive a DQ date yet? Feel free to add yourself to the tracking sheet.
  6. @BlackRock No. I just assumed that it has to be end of March, because we have someone with DQ of 1st April 21 who did not get the IL.
  7. @corg Thanks for letting us know. Hope it works out for you at the end.
  8. Thanks. There is another person in the tracking sheet with the name "Neil". If anyone knows who that is, please ask them if they received the IL or not.
  9. @lilyhc How was your interview today? @yhgf @AWC @njshah Best of luck for your upcoming interview! @F3 Guitarist @BranMBboy @Dax @NeilPlease let us know when you get your IL. You are next in line in our tracking sheet
  10. @Van24 K1 visa got ILs on Friday, IR/CR got IL today. Hence EB should be this week.
  11. @immishok I think, consulate WILL increase the interview rate for EB. Based on their trends, they increased the IR/CR/K visa rates followed by the F visa rates. When they finally reach an acceptable backlog of 2-3 months for F visa, they will focus all their energy on EB. However there is a likelyhood that September interviews will have lots of DV (diversity visa) candidates, because the fiscal year ends on September 30.
  12. @DrJh07I have an estimate that there are currently 1030 EB applicants waiting in line in Canada. I reached this estimate, based on the fact that, before pandemic (that is 2019), Montreal was processing 72 EBs/month. If we assume that the demand is more or less same then based on the average in 2020 (22 EB/month), 2021 (34 EB/month) and 2022 (77 EB/month till June), the current backlog for EB stands at 1030.
  13. @Kellykms Welcome. Refer to EB tracking sheet in my signature below for dates.
