2020 is going on. Majority of people Dqued till Jul 2020 got IL.

As per the trend in last couple of months, NVC usually rollout ILs in first week of month. So, wait bro

Good to know that good amount of visas are getting issued from last couple of months. But, I fail to understand one thing. If categories don't matter post DQ then why people over here post category related separate threads? For e.g. if I gets DQued on Dec 2020, F2b then is it possible any immigrant applicant( DQued after me) get IL? Thanks

All you can do is hope PD remains current or your i130 gets approved soon. If the PD stays current, you will be considered to be under 21 cspa age wise for immigration even if its approved 2 years from now.

It is pretty simple actually 😀I applied F2A by myself with using his USCIS account with his permission.

Not that strange.  The Public Charge inadmissibility applies to all immigrant categories.

My similar Birth Certificate ( English + Gujarati ), issued by Municipality got accepted by NVC. Good luck.

I was DQued on December 2020. Priority date is current in this month's of Visa bulletin. I didn't get any 60/120 days of notification email from NVC so far.

Hi. The proclamation will be expired on 31st Dec unless US President issue another one. I don't see any type of extension news so far. Lets wait till 31st.

Good to hear that. Could you please tell how long did it take to get DQed?  From last 3-4 weeks, NVC's progress is 4 days a week only.
