No, I am currently working in Dubai. So I would have to come back to Dubai to serve my one month notice period before moving out of the country. I wanted to know if that is ok? Staying in another country that is not your home country before entering the US.

Hello, I have my interview in December in India, and wanted to know if I could travel back to UAE (where I am currently working) before entering the US if my visa is approved. I would have to serve my one month notice period before moving out of UAE. I want to know if staying in another country, other than your home country, is accepted before flying to the US or not? All I could find in the websites were that you would have to enter the US before the visa expires. Please help if anyone know about this. Thank you!!

Hello, I received my interview appointment for December 8th. Finally! Visa: F2B Priority Date: 21 Sept 2015 DQ: 14 Oct 2020 I have a question: Is it ok to travel to another country before travelling to the US if the visa is approved after the interview? I am currently working in the UAE and I would have to serve my notice period before leaving the country. I want to know if I can work that after I come back from the interview, or if I should complete everything now and go for the interview. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!!

Hi, I finally received my interview date! 8th December! Would I be able to apply for biometrics appointment with an expired PCC? My PCC expired two weeks back. I will only be able to apply for a new PCC once I am in India, which will be after 2 weeks. I am worried that it would be too late to take an appointment after. Thank you!
