    Hello.

our case approved & documentary Qualified at NVC on April 12- 2020, but still there is no update our host country is Bangladesh and Embassy started their IR1/CR1 services after lock down, more over Bangladesh embassy replied our inquiry that our case is still at NVC so they can not Schedule an interview.

So my question is - What is the process to bring our case from NVC to the Host country.

NB: I have already emailed to NVC for Expedite, but they didn't respond yet its been a month.

    There is no such thing.

Btw can I apply from france if I have temporary 1 year permit there

Joint sponsor you mean they consider my bank account as a spouse

    thanks

So, are you a French citizen? Or are you a permanent resident there?

Is not like you "choose " the Embassy, you need to be a a citizen or have a legal residency in the country you apply (that was my case, I'm not originally from the country that I applied but I was a permanent resident for 8 years)

    Hi Everyone,

Through completing my DS-260 and submitting to NVC they asked if I would like a Social Security Number. I ticked yes.

Has anyone seen this actually work and if so, how? I don't want to duplicate the process.

    Cheers

    Dan

You can't duplicate it. Don't worry.

In my case I did check the option but I didn't get my card in the expected date, so I just went to the Social security office and ask if they have any information about what happened, and the person there just told me "I don't know why you didn't receive but here, click click click.. in 1 week you will get it." And done.

Im living out of the states, we have a joint account in my country im not nervous im just make sure we are not going into unfair decision

The decision is made based on the evidences and all the things they ask you to prove (income, no criminal records, etc).

You don't need to live here to have a joint account or be in her life insurance.

In your first message you said: "Evidences : we have all kind of evidences of bona fide marriage".

    What kind of evidences?

If you want to share with us you can give you our opinion if this evidences can help or others you can add to.

Per example,  why our wife didn't add you to her account in the US? What's about her health insurance? Life insurance? Other things that any married couple share more than photos?

I just found this from you in other message:

    "Hello

In Tunisia, we don't have a divorce decree but the divorce status is mentioned  in the birth cert

My question is when I will submit the proof of the end of prior marriage should I submit my birth cert ?"

    So, was you married too?

    Thanks

Thanks alot , but you think we going to be fine ?

Nobody here can't really tell you "Yes!" because the person who take care of your case in the embassy will be the one who make the decisions.

If you have a real and solid relationship you have no reason to be nervous or doubt.

Is there any reason that you think is a red flag in your case?

Did you have a joint account? Life insurance with you  like a beneficiary?

What others proves do you have?

Thank you so much for the info , He seen a video of an ex officer who stated he had been fired for the department and was denied travel to Germany .  So of course this freaked him out mostly because if it gets denied then that ruins his chances for  travel and work outside his area.

Don't waist your time looking for terribles stories on internet.  Every case is unique. You will never know the reality of others.

  8. @vicentlina sorry for your situation but a joint sponsor is really necessary in this case.

You need to think that you will be sponsoring 2 kids and 1 adult that you don't know when we will can start to work because all of this crazy time and because of the kids.

A self employee have to prove a lot of things even here in the US, per example, for a House loan.

Do you have some money in our reserves? Did you sent this too?

I know is hard find a co-sponsor but if necessary to bring your family closer, well, is what you need to do.

I hope you can figure it out this situation soon!

    Good luck

    Hello,

I’m from Brazil and I’m playing to go tu USA to visit my husband, I’ve tourist visa.
im planning stay there for 3 months and 20 day, the imigration agente Will thing it is stranger?

I’m being honest, I pretend back to Brazil at the end of 3 months and 20 days.

I don't know when you are planning to come but right now you can travel because of the travel restrictions that includes Brazil.

Because you are traveling with your B2 and not with a valid green card (based on your CR1 Visa)

The best thing you can do is contact the Airline and US Embassy before buy you tickets.

    Good luck

Do you know the best part of be young? Is that you have a looot of time to learn and improve your life.  Don't be so hard with yourself.  Just don't try anything that can really put your life in risk.  The law is really strict here in the US. Come back to your friends and family and one day you will laugh about all this!! 🥰💖

Thank you so much for those shockingly poignant links! I will do everything I can to depart ASAP. I will still try to get an appointment with free legal counsel on Monday if only to ensure I do depart correctly and without further ramifications.

Hi Elena, can I ask you something really silly?

Why did you came back? Because looks like was not to try to work in your marriage because you are super sure that your husband don't want you back and you're not even trying to contact him.

Are you sure that you want to put your safety in risk just to leave here? Don't you have your family or friends in your home country?

I'm so sorry for be so directly, I'm not trying to sound rude but I read this comments and make me feel that you really need to find a safe place and put your mind together.  I don't know if you are super young or not, but you really need help to figure it out a best way to live your life.  You deserve more than this. Think about it 💖

My husband was refused for a CR1 visa due to section 212(a)5. The consular gave no explanation and told us to contact NVC. When I contacted NVC, they told me the documents are out of their jurisdiction. At this time, No one  will Give us answers. My husband and I have provided all proper documentation and we even met. I feel so lost and hopeless.
    Can someone give me directions?

Hi, I find it this information.

what is your husband job? Does he have a degree or some kind of certification in his profession?

Labor Certification and Qualifications for Certain Immigrants – INA 212(a)(5)

    https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/waivers.html

Foreign nationals may be inadmissible if he or she does not have a certified labor certification.

Any alien who seeks to enter the United States for the purpose of performing skilled or unskilled labor is inadmissible, unless the Secretary of Labor has determined and certified to the Secretary of State and the Attorney General that there are not sufficient workers who are able, willing, qualified and available at the time of application for a visa and admission to the United States and at the place where the alien is to perform such skilled or unskilled labor, and the employment of such alien will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of workers in the United States similarly employed.
