Is anyone still waiting for their noa2 at this point? My NOA1 date is Dec 16 and I haven't heard anything, I've done an online enquiry only for them to do a standard reply (nothing to do with my actual case). But I just wondered if there's a phone number or some other way to get a response.
 
Day 267. I'd like this stage over so I'm ready when they start scheduling interviews again! ;(

We have seen some receive a NOA2 in 3 months others 6 and others 9-12 with some in the "years" category.

I believe you can submit a case inquiry today. I’m waiting until next week to submit my own.

Hey everyone! Guess what?!? We finally got approved!!!! 🤗🤗🤗 im so frickin happy. What a weight lifted off my shoulders. 
 
Noa1: December 4th
RFE letter received: May 15th
RFE response received: June 15th
Noa2: July 7th
Total time from noa1 to noa2:  216 days

To those who are still waiting. NO ONE with any certainty can tell you when something is going to be completed that includes those from December. For some reason December filers fell into a void and are taking the longest to adjudicate. No reason has been given. We are seeing and you are to if you are a student of this thread that others are getting approved but slowly. Unfortunately, there is nothing that you can do. Writing and calling is not going to move the needle any faster. Patience.

Noa2 can take from 5 months to more.  Each case is different.  I'm at almost 13 months of waiting

Hello everyone! So today I finally received the certified copies of my court documents and the police report after waiting a month. The concern im having is that the police report doesn’t seem to be certified and I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be also. They sent the documents as pdf files unlike the court documents that were sent in the mail with the court seal. Anyone know if the police report has to be certified also? And another thing when I update my timeline do I put the date i sent back the RFE or the day they receive it? Thank you!
