Hey I haven't posted much but I know a lot of people are still waiting and just wanted to let ya know we were approved today
Noa1: 7th October 
Noa2: 31st January

Just got our NOA2 after submitting our RFE back to USCIS last week.

Here's to swift approvals for all that are still waiting! 🥰

Our petition was approved! The app notified me tonight, but USCIS says it was approved yesterday (01/29/2020) Our NOA1 was 10/7/19 so 114 days. So relieved to be moving to the next step. Fiancé is getting the vaccines he's missing next week and we've already gone through the DS-160 together so we're ready to submit it when interview gets scheduled. Wishing for quick approvals for everyone else soon! 

Guys! Exactly when I uninstalled the app because I was getting too compulsive (-_-'), I woke up with a message from my fiancé saying that we got APPROVED. 
USCIS received: October 10th ---- Noa1 hardcopy - October 15th ---- NOA2 - January 31st 2020!

Thank you. I'll post on here when I receive the letter. I was thinking about how grateful I am that I was pulled over that time - just two years after. I would never have known that I had a warrant out for my arrest and it could have been years and years later with my son in the car or something awful. Or now, while I'm going through this whole thing.

Maybe through FedEx?
 

I just checked my case status online and discovered that my application was approved today.  I literally jumped out of my chair and startled a coworker. My NOA1 was Oct 14 so my application took 108 days for approval.  Hang it there everyone, the approvals are coming.

Same. Just got notice there was an RFE sent today. I have a few ideas as to what it could be, so I think I will try to anticipate and gather those things ahead of time. Please, any advice would be appreciated. I didn't include a letter with an official format that said, "I intend to marry my fiance within 90 days of entering the US - just a personal letter from him that said he intended to. I also had an underage drinking ticket from two weeks before my 21st birthday (the worst). It was a misdemeanor charge, but I had later moved and forgot that I still owed community service and ended up having a warrant, which I was later arrested for. That's the extend of my criminal record (so embarrassing) but I'm thinking I should obtain those records? Can anyone direct me to a resource for information about what they may need?

I-129F instructions specify a divorce decree, so you sent the correct document.  Others have had RFEs for only sending a divorce certificate.  They want the entire decree, all pages, as stated in the instructions.  Good luck with your K-1 process!

We also only had one actual letter of intent to marry. For him, I just included a copy of a letter he wrote to me. He always signs and dates his letters and his intention was very clear, so I figured that would be sufficient.

BTW: going over the lists of potential interview questions with your partner is a great way to trigger hurt feelings. "Wait! How did you not know that about me??" (Somehow, in the thousands of hours of deep conversations we've had, he missed that I went to college for two years.)
Can you imagine if other couples had to be quizzed on their partner before getting married?? 
 Why can't they just interview me? I know everything! 😂

That would be a little strange if they quizzed the beneficiary about every single detail about the petitioner. 🙂 But I guess you would know the most important things about each other.

I'm sure we will. It's nothing serious so it's just another waiting game  We've been patient so far. We know what the issue is now. 
 
I'm like...really proud of myself though because everything else was perfect!
 
ALSO: FYI I assumed the RFE was because I did not have my letter of intent to marry (only the petitioner did). But there was enough supporting evidence to show we were going to get married. Interesting right?

We're doing the same! My fiance is working on getting his police certificate from when he lived in UAE even though we only submitted the application two months ago. Best of luck to you and keep us posted on your journey!

Hi, everyone! We filed at the end of September and got our NOA1 October 7th. So exciting seeing some October petitions going through already! I just discovered this thread, so I'm excited to keep an eye out and cheer everyone on through this process. Anyone else putting all of their documents together ahead of time? My fiance is working on getting police certificates from the three countries he's lived in this week. The waiting is so difficult, but I get to go visit him over Valentine's Day weekend, so I'm looking forward to that.

I received my NOA 1 October 16, 2019 and, according to the USCIS Case Tracking website, my case was approved today!!! Good luck to the rest of the October 2019 K-1 filers!
