My interview was last Wednesday (25th August 2021) and I’ve just had a text to say my visa will be here tomorrow (1st September 2021)

It's usually 5 working days. I had my medical last Friday and my interview today (Wednesday). The guy who interviewed me said it should all be done by Friday. Maybe tomorrow?

Managed to book my interview and Medical! The Medical is on the 20th August 2021, the interview is on the 25th August 2021... Hopefully that's enough time to get the medical info over to the embassy! I think I got lucky with those dates 😅

I had an email from the London Embassy this week, stating that they've requested my case from the NVC (I'm part of a lawsuit). Though, it still says 'at NVC' on the ceac website... is there somewhere that has a confirmed list of shipment dates for 2021? I can only find 2020

This is a list someone created but is pretty consistent. Congrats on getting movement on your case!

I’m not sure if they will take you if not a resident there or you don’t hold an Irish passport if not living there. Try contacting Dublin and asking if they will request your file from NVC if NVC won’t change embassies at your request.

I also use the contact form on the website. When you submit a message I believe it says they will respond within 5 business days as long as the answer to your question isn't already on the website/FAQs. When I did get a response in the past, LondonInfoUnit@state.gov is the email that they responded from. I sent a message on Monday of this week and haven't received a response yet, so if they do respond I'll let you know where it comes from!

I do recommend getting your ducks in a row early - things like registering with the IRS so you can download your most recent tax transcript or contacting your accountant in advance etc. Everything is slow right now - we almost didn't get what we needed in time for the interview next week!

Hello Filers. Here's a little update for you on March approvals. Just over 1000 petitions left to get an answer now... Well over 3/4 of March filed cases have been resolved which is amazing.

Happy to report an update: our petition is on its way to Sydney! We were notified by email and after checking the CEAC site, our case status has been updated to "In transit" 

You should consider to be a part of the conversation for your country here on VJ. Go to the blue ribbon above, select "forums" then scroll about three-fourths of the page down and select the region that most represents where your country is located.  There you will find others from your embassy who are asking the same questions or exploring thier next steps.

Hello filers. I've dropped down to an update every 2 weeks as it's slowed for march dramatically. But there's still progress. 167 more approvals. 78 fewer RFEs. just over 1200 petitions left unanswered. that's almost 75% of march accounted for.
 
(I think the previous check was done on Christmas Day, so I may not have been quite with it, hence a couple of big jumps where there shouldn't be. Put it down to user error)
