Has anyone received a notice yet for the biometrics appointment?

I just finished mine today and i am worried that i might do something wrong. I am double, triple and quadruple checking everything. Let hope we can support each other one this.

Good job! BTW, it's better to get the SSN number in her maiden name so it can be used for the comingling of assets for proof of your relationship to the banks etc. Otherwise, you will have a long wait to get it after marriage as there are other forms that come into play that you will not have in your possession that SS will be asking for. There is a thread that speaks directly to the SSN process here on VJ.

@Letspaintcookies hit the nail on the head. The embassy is either telling you that as a pat answer or they have the electronic file and are waiting on the paper file. With the holidays I believe your file hasn't either moved from NVC or has not yet been checked in by the embassy.

I'm just guessing here but usually the file gets send online and the hard copy follows. So they might already have the online file and the just the physical file is still with NVC.

My fiancee had her interview Thursday and has visa in hand as of yesterday! That has to be some kind of record.

I got a question in filling the form I-134 (Affidavit of Support).
 
In Part 2. Information About Beneficiary No. 4 do you put the A number that is indicated in the NOA2?

Update:  Had our interview on December 15 and were told we were approved, CEAC now shows "Issued" status, and the UPS tracking says that my fiance will get the visa tomorrow. (the embassy actually emailed and called us right after the judge's order and asked us when we would like to come for our interview, offering us any week we desired - although they are only doing such interviews on Monday and Tuesday each week.)
 
Warsaw embassy personnel told us they are only processing the cases of plaintiffs in the lawsuit.  They were very helpful to us and made the interview scheduling, paperwork and visit to the embassy very easy. 

Hello, it might be different now. But I got my visa 3 days after an interview and even NIE (national interest exception) for travel ban. They said it is changing all the time and that we got very lucky. Also travel ban should be over by end of the year right? Keep your head up  

My fiancée had her interview today and was approved! They said her documents should be ready by Christmas!

Got an expedited k1 done. Interview is on January 21, 2020.

My fiancee has her interview in Moldova tomorrow. They were permitted to resume processing in December.

I can't wait to start posting on this forum again... With good news.

haven't posted here in a while but have been monitoring - Got an email today with my packet on its way. So hopefully that also gets things going for everyone. 

Or how about September 2019 applicants who have already received their NOA2 in January but are still sitting in limbo because of the embassies not taking interviews. It’s infuriating.

You forgot to ask about those in December,  January and February who are still waiting for their NIA2.  Just saying.

We got email that NVC sent our K1 petition to US embassy in Croatia 😀 😀

We received the P3 from the embassy in Bosnia today and were able to schedule the first available appointment on November 23! 🎉😁🎉

Got an email today, packets are on the way to Tokyo.

I don't have any updates on Kosovo, but I got an email on Friday from the embassy in Belgrade, Serbia that they are resuming K visas that have been waiting there since March. Our paperwork has been at the NVC since April so hopefully it will be sent to the embassy soon.
