"Ready" Status - Interview Question

Hi All, my fiancé and I had our case transferred to the embassy in Prague a few weeks ago. During our initial conversation, the consular officer sent us a link to the webpage where we can schedule appointments. They told us to wait until our case arrives at the embassy before we schedule. 

Today our status on the CEAC website changed from "In Transit" to "Ready." I've tried calling and emailing the embassy to see if we can go ahead and make our appointment online or if we need to do it over the phone, but no one is responding. Has anyone else come across this issue?

From the Serbia Embassy's website: Interviews are by appointment only! You will receive an appointment when you have submitted your notice of readiness confirming that you have all the required paperwork in your possession. Embassy Belgrade will notify you of your interview date and time and paying the MRV application fee by an appointment letter.

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community those who come behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy.
