Next goal- getting the visa.

There is a pattern to when they will be complete. When they are complete. Look back on this and try and recall if USCIS, NVC or your embassy ever promised you that you would be approved on such and such date. No, they didn't. Your aggravated because this is not happening on YOUR schedule and it's not your schedule that USCIS gives a hill of beans about. I'm sorry but that's the reality. They are nearing the end of October so it may be a few more days or weeks and you will hear something. Good luck.

Thank you for the good vibes!!  It seems they are moving along pretty quickly right now and for that I am thankful!! 

5 to 10 days to receive the RFE letter. Then once you return the RFE it's another 2-3 weeks. Getting the RFE is good news. It means the adjudicator is satisfied thus far with your application and they need the additional RFE information to complete the adjudication. If it is simple then your approval with be forthcoming.

Case approved!!!! 😁😁😁 NOA 1 hardcopy October 24!! Timeline says 104 days 

Guys! Exactly when I uninstalled the app because I was getting too compulsive (-_-'), I woke up with a message from my fiancé saying that we got APPROVED. 
USCIS received: October 10th ---- Noa1 hardcopy - October 15th ---- NOA2 - January 31st 2020!

We just received an email notifying us that our I-129F was approved!
 
USCIS received it October 4th, NOA1 date was October 9th, NOA2 date is January 16th. That's 99 days from NOA1 to NOA2 according to VJ.

We won't hear anything until mid January 2020 around Day 100 +. That is the current statistic

If this was an expedited removal (which sounds very likely), it would be prudent to submit an I-212  waiver form now.  An I-601 form would come later after the interview.

The ban is not for the overstay. As noted, there is no ban for under 180 days overstay.
The ban is for what appears to be an expedited removal when they tried to enter again using the automatically canceled visa.
The alternative was that only the application for admission was denied, in which there is no ban at all. IMO, it sounds like an expedited removal, not just a denial of application for admission.

Since his overstay  was less than 180 days they are more flexible and did not have any crime or problem. The ban can be dismissed 

Sounds like an expedited deportation to me, in which he would need to wait out a 5 year bar to get any visa to the US, OR to have an I-212 approved.

Other inadmissibilities can apply - requiring an I-601 - although nothing stated thus far implies they do (i.e. misrepresentation at POE being the big one).

Not sure what you mean with asking for him. You have filed a petition for him which is the only thing you can do.

They canceled his visiting Visa because of his overstay.   He needs the correct visa, which a k1 is one of them
