Hi All,
I received a notification this morning that my RFE was received and they’re starting to work on my case again 🤗
Counting the 60 days down now haha.
Anyone else who has received an RFE or nothing yet?

That doesn’t make any sense though does it? I am a Texas SC and I really hope I haven’t been transferred to Nebraska as it will be an even longer wait! Surely they should only be transferring the poor Nebraska folk to the lesser waiting time SCs? It’s all so confusing, I wish we had some more answers! I’m just preying that since around October, we’re all online, it will somehow speed the whole process up! 

Guys, my wife PD is April 10-2019. Just received a Text today from USCIS said the case will be transferred to another Service Center. Hope it will be approved soon and send to NVC. Been 11 months of waiting.

How are you getting an interview with only I130 approval? What about NVC stage?

I'm seeing a positive trend in the USCIS online system. Over the past few days, I've seen multiple cases being approved from different service centers. (Example: NOA1 from Nebraska, NOA2 from another center, without notice of transfer) This to me indicates that USCIS is slowly moving towards a "pool" system in which cases will just be worked on by next available employee. On the 2nd note, I've seen the process from USCIS to NVC/CEAC/Embassy go quicker as systems go all electronic. There was also a big upgrade last year at the NVC stage and I believe people are starting to see the benefits on the applicant side. Although this doesn't apply to everyone at the moment, it is a positive trend. Stay strong everyone and don't worry too much about things you can't control.  

Oooooh, I had not heard about your RFE! Was it something simple to resolve?? Knock wood, I haven't received anything like that.
 
I am picturing this HUGE box of petitions from that Nov 2019 time period being moved from one place to the other at the TSC and the big barcode being scanned on Feb 23, thereby changing the date on everyone's profile! I am only speculating lol 😝

I just logged in to my USCIS this morning out of curiosity to see if anything had changed in my account and I noticed an updated date of Feb 23, 2020 on my profile there. I realize that this doesn’t mean much in terms of an approval anytime soon, but the fact that there was SOME change in date means something or somebody touched my file and that means progress to me 🥰 ... we gotta celebrate the small victories, can’t wait to see more progress in the coming months. I’m so glad I’m too busy with life to obsess over this process right now but glad I have few moments here and there to check in. I’m also thinking of you all with your cases pending and looking forward to our future celebrations! 🎉 

Hm, not necessarily! The e-filing sentence has been edited for me too but my last date change is October.

UPDATE:
April & May have entered the picture with force: almost 200 cases were processed in April, and almost 2000 cases transferred from May alone.
Processing of March cases, and anything before that really, has decreased dramatically.
Will post percentages later.

It rubs me real wrong to see Potomac complain when their longest wait time is still shorter than Nebraska’s fastest processing time.
 
This group is for support and I’ve been here from the start, but simply because your case was sent to Potomac and mine was sent to Nebraska means that your cases deserve to be processed any faster than mine.
 
We just need to take a breath and a step back and see that one extra month really is not much longer in the grand scheme of things.

Ya from what I see in these posts you need to just be a little more patient. They are working through the months and May will have its turn. Patience is key

Well we have a lot of proof that if you're electronically filing or have an IOE number, that filing for an I-129F is useless so it wouldn't make sense. It's probably just because they want to lessen the load on Nebraska

Please people don’t forget to update your timeline it is very important now that Nebraska seems to be faster. Thank you and God bless you all.

Yes, you've been waiting much longer so hopefully your case will come up soon. This is hard for all of us. Yes we've only been waiting 9 months but if you look at the other service centers that's how long Nebraska should be. Prayers for us all.

I know it’s got to be hard going nearly 14 months with nothing.. your time is coming soon, I’m sure of it. Prayers 🙏🏻

it’s hard to cope when April is getting processed and your case from JANUARY hasn’t been touched yet. 

It can be an IOE thing...keep hope!

It's so odd that such a massive amount of people had an update, yet some of the older cases had none. I'm really curious as to what it is or if the cases with the date change have anything in common. 

I am in Sept and had an update day of feb 23...however no changes to the status of my application.  I think it’s just some kind of system update. 

I did! Just saw that a few hours ago. It's been December 3rd for me the last couple of months and hadn't changed. But now it says February 23rd! I think that's a good sign haha.
