    No. Instead it'll be "Parts 1. - 5., 7., and 10. of Form I-693" filled out by a Civil Surgeon: https://www.uscis.gov/i-693

    See page 8: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-693instr.pdf

They might still filled one out ( weird and kinda not ok but that's another topic ) or do you know that other people ran into problems later during AOS?

You can try and find a civil surgeon who'll transcribe her vaccines into the official form without doing a complete medical again now or you wait for the interview and what they say.

    If they properly filled-out a DS-3025 (even if they didn't provide a copy to her) then she shouldn't need a I-693: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-3
K or V Nonimmigrants Applying for Adjustment [26]
K and V nonimmigrants applying for adjustment of status are not required to repeat the medical examination if the application was filed within one year of the date of the original medical examination, and:
The medical examination did not reveal a Class A medical condition; or
The applicant received a conditional waiver in conjunction with the K or V nonimmigrant visa or the change of status to V and the applicant submits evidence of compliance with the waiver terms and conditions. [27]
If a new medical examination is required and reveals a Class A medical condition, a new waiver application will also be required. In such cases, the officer should determine whether the applicant complied with the terms and conditions of the first waiver, if applicable. Such determination should be given considerable weight in the adjudication of a subsequent waiver application. [28]

Even if a new medical examination is not required, applicants must still comply with the vaccination requirements if the vaccination record was not included as part of the original medical examination report. If the vaccination report was properly completed at the time of the overseas examination, the officer may accept the vaccination assessment completed by the panel physician.

An applicant’s overseas medical examination report completed by a panel physician should already be in the applicant’s A-file. If it is not in the A-file, the officer should request the medical examination report through a Request for Evidence (RFE).

I am honestly going crazy. The Ecuadorian Embassy filed a request to transfer my fiancee's case from Bogota to Guayaquil nearly 4 months ago and Bogota refuses to do anything about it. I've sent them multiple emails over the last months and they never reply. I can't get through to anyone when I call. Why is the Colombia Embassy so terribly inefficient compared to Ecuador? What can I possibly do to get someone's attention?

I don't see how the new administration will change anything given that the current one has already given the embassies the green light and many embassies are already processing K1s.  The problem is entirely with the Colombian Embassy.

Anyway, I got a response from them today saying my case has been sent already so that's good news.

Contact NVC and see if they have sent both the paper and the electronic file. Tier two agents will have this information.

    Hey guys,

    Hope everyone is doing okay.

As far as I can tell, our case arrived to the Bogota Embassy back in April. Since my fiancee (Venezuelan) now lives in Ecuador, I've been trying to send the case to the Embassy in Ecuador for months but kept being told that everything was shut down because of the pandemic. Finally on September 3rd I was able to get in contact with someone regarding the transfer. They told me in normal situations the transfer request may take two months. At the end of September they told me that they requested our case from Bogota but couldn't give us a timeframe as to when it will arrive. I followed up two weeks ago and they said they're still waiting for the case to arrive. I followed up again yesterday and they are still waiting. Our CEAC status has said "Transfer in Progress" for since the end of September.

Hopefully the case will be received soon but I have no idea if the case has even left the Bogota Embassy.

Hard to believe it's already been a year since I started preparing to send out the petition.

Anyway, just wanted to give everyone an update. I know my situation is a bit atypical but hopefully this helps someone.

I get it, and I'm sorry you guys are having a rough time. It's hard feeling so far away and so helpless.  I don't know your guys' situation is, but I've found some ways to keep in close contact with my fiance and maybe it will help. We do things like webcam dates, watching movies together over discord, video games (we play StarCraft, Phantasy Star Online, Animal Crossing), and every night we call each other over whatsapp so we can feel like we're sleeping next to each other. When he was sick (not covid) I ordered groceries from his local store that were all of his comfort foods, just little things like that to help close that distance even a little bit really helps sometimes.

This would be an appropriate time to step away from anything to do with the visa process which includes away from VJ. It's best to attend to your relationship and I like the suggestions that @AJZ offered up. Especially the little thing of ordering his "comfort" food when he was not feeling well. Sometimes it's the unimportant things that you do for your partner that has the impression that she means something to you. You are her support so you must be mentally and physically "fit" so she can see that she is not alone. Don't worry about the visa it will come but it will be on USCIS/DOS's timeline not yours. So, there really isn't anything you can do. You must be strong to make this work. Your decision.

The wait is really getting to me, I just want to be there for my fiancee. She is in a difficult situation right now and I really feel I need to be there to support her. The only thing holding me back from moving to live with her is that I would have to leave my job which would ruin my ability to provide the affidavit of support. But it's at the point where I'm thinking about just giving up on the visa altogether. It's not worth it to me to spend an extra year or more apart from my love.

Our case arrived in Colombia at the same time but shouldn't we wait to receive packet from  the embassy before scheduling?

"Visa applicants/beneficiaries must wait to receive the packet of instructions before scheduling an appointment. The Embassy is not able to process your case before that."

I think their finger hit the "3" and not the "2". Here is the P3 for Columbia. It's in Spanish but does show costs and instructions and what not.
