Did they send you back your packet or just the RFE letter? Do you have a photocopy if what you submitted? (ALWAYS make copies for your own records) if not did you download the I485? These are 2 ways you can clarify if you sent the wrong form. But if they are telling you to submit the new edition I would assume you sent an old one- and provide them what they want.

No, that just send me RFE letter. You see, now form I 485 form have different date from the one that I sent, but I don’t know when they change it, Yes, I have all copies and everything, and everything looks perfect.

Just the correct I485 form- no need to resubmit the same supporting docs for it. Read everything two times make sure you are filling it out 100% correct. Same with the I-944 - double and triple check it before you send it in.

I called USCIS just minutes ago, one women told me to submit everything again, than I called again and they told me same as you... I’m really scared to make another mistake, so if anyone had same RFE I’m asking you to please share your experience. Thank you @Luckycuds I really hope that you are wright, because it’s too much work to do all over again. And I’m wondering is something was wrong with my form I-485 or it’s just was outdated, I did not double check, I check 30 times, trust me, and I did not get any answer for that from USCIS

  3. Hi, I just received   RFE for form I-485 adjustment of status, they are searching for new form I 944 because I did not know that I supposed to submit it which is fine, also they are saying in this letter that I have to submit all additional evidence for this form. Second request is: submit new edition of form I 485 (😏) my question is should I submit all over again like affidavit of support and all documents like taxes pictures, birth certificate? Or just form? Because they specifically saying - all additional documents for I-944 but they don’t say  anything else for I 485 except fill out form.

Wallowing in spilt milk won't bring the interview to you any faster but this will:

I don't have the P3 instructions for your Embassy. If and when you get a copy if you could share with me then I would be able to share with others who come behind you.  Here are a few things that I did find the can be used as a primer.

From the Serbia Embassy's website: Interviews are by appointment only! You will receive an appointment when you have submitted your notice of readiness confirming that you have all the required paperwork in your possession. Embassy Belgrade will notify you of your interview date and time and paying the MRV application fee by an appointment letter.

    Required Documentation

You, the foreign-citizen fiancé(e), (and eligible children applying for K-2 visas) will be required to bring the following forms and documents to the visa interview:

    • Completed Form DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application. You (and any eligible children applying for K-2 visas) must: (1) complete Form DS-160 and (2) print the DS-160 confirmation page to bring to your interview.
    • A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the U.S. (unless country-specific agreements provide exemptions).
    • Divorce or death certificate(s) of any previous spouse(s) for both you and the U.S. citizen sponsor
    • Police certificates from your present country of residence and all countries where you have lived for six months or more since age 16 (Police certificates are also required for accompanying children age 16 or older)
    • Medical examination (vaccinations are optional, see below)
    • Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support, may be requested)
    • Two (2) 2x2 photographs. See the required photo format explained in Photograph Requirements
    • Evidence of relationship with your U.S. citizen fiancé(e)
    • Payment of fees, as explained below

Note: The consular officer may ask for additional information, such as photographs and other proof that the relationship with your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) is genuine. Documents in foreign languages, other than the language of the country in which the application takes place, should be translated. Applicants should take to the visa interview clear, legible photocopies of civil documents and translations, such as birth and divorce certificates. Original documents and translations will be returned.

You didn't offend me. My opine is to help  you but most come on here to complain about their situation and pretty soon others are chiming in and we have nothing but a "" session with nothing being accomplished. There is so much information out their and if one were to spend less time whining and comparing to others and doing their homework they would have a better understanding of the process and would also be more prepared for the interview. That was my point. Sorry you just came along at the "wrong" time and I used you as example, not only for your sake but for the group. I hope you continue without problems.

Don't say sorry, You are helping all of us. I'll try to do better work next time. Tnx again

Have you ever considered to go to the embassy website and see what is next and what the process is?

    https://rs.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee/the-interview/

Have you followed the links to other informative pages from the embassy website.

The information is out there. Why don't you try and do some of the work on your own. Google can be your best friend. Other portions of VJ have a lot of information. Start being proactive instead of complaining that they didn't do this or that as they can say the same thing about your approach. Sorry if the truth hurts but you got to help yourself sometime. Now would be that sometime.

I did not complaining I just said thet I didn't get packet 3 and update time is changed. I just wanted to know what that mean, sorry if I offended you some how. And thanks for helping me all the time. I just was cofused because one girl told me that her packet 3 was sent but lost and she didn't know, so I just was scared. Tnx

  10. I got my noa2 09/14/2019 than I receive my case number and upload that thay will sent out petition to us embassy in Belgrade 10/29/2019. I checked my status online and it was in transit. Tdap is not only safe it is highly recommended in pregnancy as it contains the whooping cough vaccine which is vital the baby has some immunity when born from the mom getting vaccinated during pregnancy my obstetrician insisted I had it again even though I had had it for my k1 three years earlier.

This - they take necessary precautions for protecting the baby during the exam if you aren’t showing yet you must tell them (it’s on the forms but I wanted to reiterate the important of telling them).

Problem with this is that if she does do it in the us before or during aos a lot of the us based authorized doctors to complete the medical are refusing to do it without paying for a full medical again which she doesn’t need or charging over the odds if you ask just to do the vaccines and the vaccine form. Some people have found they are hours drive away from the nearest one as well and having a newborn and trying to do this will be a pain in the butt.

Ok, if Tdap is highly recommended I don't see problem 😊. Tnx you so much for your answers, I really appreciate that. I was really wored because I don't want to be alone during pregnancy.
