NOA2: Today!!! (SEPT 27)
 
It was an especially hard week. I was expecting a response two weeks ago and every extra day that passed felt like it would never come. This was the perfect end to the week. So excited.
 
*Apps didn’t update automatically. The new website had been updated so I re-entered my number into the app and it updated the status. No text. No email. 
 
For everyone still waiting, hang in there!

NOA2: 9-27
About 100 days- praying that others receive their''s soon- I know it can be a very long wait.
 

Haha I’m excited as I see dates closer to mine getting approved... but then again so many with earlier dates are still waiting, so reality check - ha
 
 

i've been checking the old/new site about every hour the last few days,    this just showed up an hour ago on the old site.

Probably a big coincidence but I did call USCIS... they told me that my case was still “received” and that’s all... a few hours after BOOM approved. 

I don't think it is about having as much docs as possible  - at least not for us.
 
I have zero criminal/civil record, never married, and I am a lawyer and made sure our paperwork was complete - probably  overinclusive in my opinion. Or timeline of relationship, plane tickets, event tickets, reservations, photos, etc., was a larger paper stack than the required stuff.
 
I think it all depends on who your USCIS reviewing officer is & how diligent they are... 🤷‍♀️

I called uscis this morning to inquire about my case and was informed that we were approved on Friday 9/20!!!  The officer stated that the hard copy will be mailed today or tomorrow. No case updates on sites (old & new), app, or phone. I’m so excited!!

RFE 09/25/2019 😩 Have to wait for the letter to see what evidence we need to send in. I found out through the USCIS account page; checked this morning nothing, checked at midnight and there it was. Sooo on to the next step

9/25 Received email and online case status update that petition is approved and NOA2 is on the way.

Received at NVC 9/23/19    (NVC currently processing 8/23/19 as of 9/23/19)
 
so approx 3-4 weeks out for nvc case number and then GUANGZHOU

Exactly, we are just seeing those that are posting their approvals - there are many out there, and deff outside this forum, that are waiting & probably have been waiting longer. Just depends on your USCIS officer I guess - luck of the draw.

June 24th filer. Got my NOA2 notice date on 9/18/19. RFE free😊

Cliff notes version: interview was today and we are finally approved!!!!
 
Fingers crossed AP goes by quickly.
 
This wait has been absolutely the biggest test of patience, strength and relationship integrity.
 
There are so many people here that have been such an infinitely solid guide throughout this process. This life really is a wild ride.
