    Last 3 years transcripts and 2024 W2. I uploaded 2025W2 instead so they rejected that and asked for 2024 W2 so did that now

    Around after 2 weeks or so once u submit everything you get a message saying you are documentarily qualified and then next step is waiting for interview date. So was checking if you got that. Waiting on getting DQ for mom n dad

    Same here completed ds260 affidavit and uploaded all civil docs, now waiting for it to be approved. did you already get DQ?

    Wow thats quick - thanks for the response Just didnt want any time to be wasted so was wondering if i should ask mom dad to request police certificate as that takes 2-3days to issue too

    Just to update people who are waiting - today my case status for both mom and dad shows as - Case was sent to Department of State. Now, the wait time to get letter from NVC with case number. @Spotify did you get the NVC welcome letter yet?

    I can see my status as case approved and shows closed. Will it change status after this ? i am seeing this case says closed so not hoping any status changes but looking at your comment seems it might let me know if it was same for you too before

    Got approval for mom n dad both today pd 1/23/25 I saw the approval letter in documents section but the case status says, case is still being processed by uscis is this normal?

    Wow congrats i have my parents PD of 1/23/25. Also, which country applied from? My parents are citizens of those 72 pause countries so also scared what happens for that

    Did ur moms case went from case submitted to actively being reviewed before getting approved? Asking because mine is still saying case was received and a recipt notice sent and no update since then

    Jan 2025 i130 fillers any updates on your case yet? My case status for both my parents still shows - Case received and recipt notice sent and no update after that. Anyone has any luck? I know its still too soon, but just want to keep in touch to see progress of others

    Hi there just curious to know what did you do here? Did you submit i130 with your parents BC? Did you get an RFE if BC of parents were not submitted? I have the i130 filled for my parents just a month ago and do not have their BC uploaded as they dont have one. Trying to get it done from pakistan but thats also a big task. Just wondering, if I should expect an RFE because BC of parents was not submitted in i130...

    U didnt get any RFE right? And did you submit your in laws birth certificate with i130?

    Congrats, thats 16months…hope process gets faster though all the best for rest of process also, dis you get rfe for i130? And did u upload ur moms birth certificate while filing i130?

    Also, what is the status of your case as of now? When you submit it says, case is received and recipt send and later it changes to case is actively reviewed by uscis. Which stage is yours in? And if its in 2nd stage, how much time it took to change from 1st state to second?

    The timeline has gone down in how many months? I assume it goes down one month as reach month passes?

    For applying for your father, marriage certificate is compulsory as there is a section which proves he is your father. So, yes i uploaded that birth certificate of parents i have not uploaded while filing i130 as they dont have and its not mandatory but it will be needed later while submitting NVC docs. So, i am trying to get their birth certificate done from our consulate. Alternate to that are many other things, but, DNA test is the most accurate thing you can get as proof if birth certificate is not there i believe

    Can you let me know while submitting i130 for your parents did you also upload their birth certificate or just your own birth certificate? Applied for parents Jan23,2025 and they live in UAE

    Yea to prove relationship we need to upload our birth certificate which shows both parents name on it but parents birth certificate is needed when case goes to NVC ideally

    While filing I130 it doesnt ask for parents birth certificate, so in which section did you upload their upload certificate any idea?
