a few days ago I had an interview in the us embassy,, and all documents were completed,, and the CO asked many questions,, then he thought and finally he said I mark you AP administrative processing. he gave me my passport back and my birthday certificate he said what you said is correct I said yeah then he said ok put the right hand 4 fingers then suddenly he said can you show me your chat history i showed I brought there like 500 pages he asked how often you both talk I said daily my question is, HOW long does it take to administrative processing US EMBASSY ABU DHABI? Has someone had an experience like that before? -
Hello, everyone. My parents had their interview yesterday at Abu Dhabi and they got sent home with their passports. They have all the required documents even their old passports, they answered all the questions but towards the end of the interview the consul asked if they have applied for visa before and they said no. The consul said my parents have visa applications from 2003-2004 showing up on the system. However, they have never submitted any applications and my petition is the very first time! They were sent home with their passports and was told that the embassy needs further “clarification” and to wait for an email for instructions. Their visa status now says “refused” on CEAC. Has anyone experienced this or heard about this kind of experience? -
Hello everyone! I am new to this forum, and I had a question... I applied to my wife's immigration visa from emirates to the US. Our documents were qualified by the NVC on October 27 2021, and we received an email from the NVC that Abu Dhabi us embassy will schedule an interview. I filed an expedite request on February due to my graduation ceremony and the fact that traveling is so expensive to the point where I can visit once a year. I heard back same week from Abu Dhabi that it's denied and that I have to wait for fairness with other applicants. Now of course, they don't give any info other than our documents are approved and in the NVC waiting for an interview date. I am have been looking at other cases on the website and it seemed to vary between cases. Does anyone know what's the expected time? I would appreciate any recommendation, thoughts, or sharing experience. -
