Just got an email notification saying our interview has been scheduled for May 23rd in Baltimore. It doesn't say anything about a combo interview or anything regarding our pending I-751.

I found out exactly 2 days prior to my wife's N-400 interview that we would have a combo interview.  But, of course, I had been planning on a combo interview the entire time. 

I believe they will so best to prepare as such. All the best. 

Update: I got a mail few days ago(about 3 weeks to interview) advising that my pending ROC/751 will be adjudicated at my N400 interview and confirmed I should bring my spouse with me and all related evidence. I didn’t have to write them.

Thanks. No mention of combo Interview but I’m assuming and preparing as such.

PD: Processing time change again, went from 7 to 4 to 3 and again to 7 months as of today 03-06-24

Today I received my interview notice. Interview is scheduled for April 10th. 

Adding you to the tracker. Not gonna lying I was hoping we'd have a leap day filer, lol!

As long as you're still married, living in marital union and you satisfy all other requirements (physical presence, continuous residence etc) you can file 90 days early.

Have been in and out of Costa Rica twice with expired card...no issues at all. Didn't even ask to see it. I assume the level of scrutiny you get is based on the passport you are traveling on.

Your extention letter means that your green card is still valid with it so any countries that are not required a visa if you have a green card will be good to go to without a visa but you will need to bring your green card and extention letter.

Same deal, also Potomac, applied January of 2023. I know someone who applied in September who also still hasn't seen a reuse notification.

Do you have any other passport? I heard if you are using a Canada passport to enter Mexico that should work. This was what I found in another thread. 

You won't get 48 months extension in passport.
If you ask for ADIT (I-551) stamp you'd have to provide reason why you need it. Because you already have an expired GC and extension letter, it's going to be hard to convince anybody at USCIS. Even ifyou can convince them, I wouldn't do it. Your current extension letter is 48 months. The stamp in passport is only valid for 12 months. In a year, you'll have to ask for it again. Also, a lot of the times, when you get a stamp, your plastic GC is taken away. Meaning you will have to depend on USCIS to give you these stamps in passport. You also create dependency on passport validity. If your passport is about to expire, you'll have to renew it first to get the stamp.
In short, you shouldn't do it.

No, Application should be under her green card name. When they ask about passport details put the name on the passport there. Thats how we did for ours, if i remember it correctly. 

Yes, we both got our Global entry card last month. Just use the name in her GC for global entry application. Once we did that the application went through. Hope this helps. Good luck
