Hey guys, another good news! 😊
Just yesterday being 16th December 2020, I went for my CR1 Visa interview and finally got my CR1 visa approved yesterday in Nigeria, Lagos Consulate... 😊😊   I'm so happy,  it's been since April 2019 last year I started this journey.  And now I'm already at the finish line, for many of you out there still waiting on your case, I wish you all Success! 👍❤..

Thank you for the info. What does AP mean? 

My wife just completed her visa interview appointment today at the U.S. Embassy in Manila.....she was APPROVED!  Its has been such a long road....but finally this journey is almost finished (time to go buy that airline ticket for her!!)

Finally picked up the visa today 🙏🏿🥂

I can. Based on what the pdf states from the first post on the first page of this thread the following is true.
 
First DHL doesn't work for everyone. Some embassies receive cases electronically. What does CEAC.STATE.GOV give as your current status? I bet it says "ready".

We now officially have our interview scheduled for September 19!
 
If anyone else is going through Manila know that there are plenty of dates open earlier than that. The 19th is just the day that was good for us.

FEB 04,2019: Mailed I-129F FEB 11,2019: NOA 1 May 29,2019: Old website updated for RFE June 1,2019: received RFE by mail to petitioner June 5,2019: Received RFE by USCIS June 7,2019: Old website updated for received RFE on June 5th 7/08/2019: Called USICS to check status; all good 7/12/2019: NOA 2 Approved (Old Website) Just waiting for an email from NVC. New website still says "Form received: smh.

We went through the whole k1 visa process from filing to approval for a year. We were together for 5 years, 2 years together and 3 long distance with visits to each other at least once a year. In May I finally moved to the states with Ryan, my then fiancé . The day before our wedding he called it off. Absolutely devastating, heart breaking news. I was extremely lucky to have my family in the States for our wedding so I flew home with them last week after the wedding was called off. Well within the 90 days. Just wondering now if there are any implications for me? Is there a way I can have the K1 visa removed from my passport? Has anyone on here gone through this too? Any advice and support would be greatly helpful. Thank you!

i am so happy, i just check my case status and my cause as been approve today which is 28. finally moving on to the next step.

I am also still waiting 😐 I feel like some days I'm fine and have just accepted the fact that maybe we just have to wait another little while and the other days I'm a bit of a worrying wreck....my fiance and I said we would try and hold tough and not schedule a trip until we got our approval but we are wondering now if we should just plan a short trip to break up the wait...I (the beneficiary) have a copy of everything he submitted and went through it all and really can't see where anything could be wrong...any court records/decrees all signed stamped certified.  I really hope and pray that all of us get the approvals we are waiting for soon. ❤️
