Mnj11 reacted to geowrian in Questions about trips outside of the US
Generally, no. Sometimes you can do a walk-in on another date at the same ASC, but it would be unusual (at the very least) to do them at another ASC...I can't, think of a case off-hand that has done so successfully.

If after 120 days it doesn't arrive at the correct address contact USCIS: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/expect-green-card IF they tell you to file Form I-90, then there shouldn't be a fee: "My previous card was issued but never received." https://www.uscis.gov/i-90

Yeah, you can call to double check if they now have the correct address.

Today the status on CEAC updated from READY to ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING to ISSUED. So, within a matter of few days, we went from REFUSED all the way to ISSUED. Crazy when you actually think about it.

Hey everyone, just wanted to give you an update on our case. Yesterday, we submitted medical and other relevant documents to the embassy. Today got invited for fingerprints. Status on CEAC now changed from REFUSED to READY. We were informed that we can pick up the passport as soon as next week Tuesday. Case is handled by US embassy in Yerevan. Under AP for exactly 1 year and 6 months. Once embassy reached out regarding waiver, everything was rapidly processed by them.

Well guys, this morning (oddly enough) we received a good news. The Yerevan embassy asked us to send passport, medical and other documents to them. The waiver process has come to an end for us after exactly 1 year and 7 months. I cannot express in words how relieved we are that this ordeal is almost over.

Here is an article about the hearing:

On a separate note, I started my Mandamus today Hopefully we get the visa during this process!

Does the annotation under the visa say "Presidential proclamation waived"?
I have seen close to 20 visas issued just in abudhabi just to iranians in july so something seems to be moving. Most of these interviewed in mid to late 2018 but surprisingly some from June 2019 as well.

@Ameen2019this is so great for you! Congrats. Get the visa and get the hell on an airplane You never know what he will change at any moment.
Can I pry and ask if there is some circumstance that made this happen in only 20 days? For example, is there a medical issue? That's very fast and is either a sign of things changing, or just personal to your case. Thanks.

Thank you. I really hope that there's good news at the end of all this..
If this is the case, I think that we're in for a surprising number of approvals in the coming weeks/months !!

Good luck @Mnj11. We had some in early through mid-June (8 months AP, interview in Germany) but haven't seen anything since then. Fingers crossed for you.
