Update: The embassy has sent packet 3 and they used the same one that you have. So your information is correct.

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community that comes behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. BTW, there isn't a DS-160 fee. DS-160 is a form submitted at no charge and is a required document to complete the interview. The fee you are referring to is the interview fee. Which is paid so that you can schedule a interview time.

For various reasons, not all countries have immigrant visa units at their US embassy or another consulate in the country.
 
Sometimes it's because there are very few people seeking immigrant or immigrant-intent visas from that country so they consolidate immigrant/immigrant-intent visa applications for a few nearby countries in one embassy, sometimes it's due to political reasons.

We got approved!!! 😱 NOA 1- 10 April. NOA 2 - July 8. Guys, we can't believe this. I had this weird feeling today, I did so much research, I wrote in this forum and after 89 days today we got our NOA 2. We found out from the USCIS website. We're over the moon. ❤️ Good luck everyone. They're moving pretty fast. 🤗

I have been checking the case tracker app this whole time and no updates. Then I read about the “old” and “new” sites and decided to check it out and to my surprise it’s approved!! 😁
