No flags will be raised. The OP is filing based on 5 years of permanent residency,,,their divorce is irrelevent.
Please stop looking for problems where there aren't any...naturalization based on 5 years of residency is very straightforward. Just as yours was!!
This is the second post today you've been scaremongering on.

All passports (current and expired) are required for the interview. You don't need to spend $2000 to travel to your home country to get it...just get someone to mail it to you.

They ask you if you've been. You'll tell them you haven't.
It's impossible to prove a negative and they won't expect you to.

I am terribly sorry to hear about your personal circumstances... I can't even imagine what you are going through, especially when you were supposed to be starting a new and amazing chapter in your life.
I will back up what a few others have said and advise you to ignore the bible bashing pro-lifers in this thread. VJ is sadly overrun with people that want to force their own lifestyle opinions down your throat rather than give simple visa advice or congratulations on visa progress which is what we are supposed to be here for. If you two had come to the decision to abort the baby, and you felt comfortable with it, why would you change your mind now, especially considering the circumstances and considering the position of its potential father? People on this site just make me shake my head at humanity sometimes... people that I'm sure have no qualms walking past a homeless person on the street but feel the need to convince someone they don't know and will never meet to make an intensely personal decision with huge and lasting ramifications. These people don't know you or your situation so the advice they give can only be misguided, misinformed and most likely for selfish reasons to do with their own personal views. I advise you to make this decision yourself without any outside influence. That is the only advice anyone here should be giving you, and shame on anyone that does the opposite.
Once again, I am terribly sorry to hear that this has happened to you. My thoughts are with you.

Nope, disagree. I think the only answer to her question (if she indeed asked us in the first place) is "only you can decide that".

Also, Holy Pro Life on this thread! Shame on everyone for trying to sway you on this very personal decision.

OK. When I read things here, usually I will read them twice, for understanding.
You could choose to do the same, before piling on the anecdotal stuff from your life, in response to any poster here at VJ.
Specifically for this topic, IMO, you've gotten a lot of things 'wrong' and are adding in useless noise trying to make a connection, via regurgitation of your anecdotal stuff, to the OP.
When ya get it wrong, and do this, who benefits?

Don't include it on the N-400. You will need to tell them about any overseas trips taken between filing and interview at the interview.

Don't send anything unless they ask for it. There's a chance they won't ask anyway and he'll just get a letter with the date for his oath ceremony.
    Good luck.

I also married in Texas. No witnesses are required. Only the officiant has a place to sign the license giving date and time and his title I believe. Date and time are required because it can't be sooner than 72 hours from the license issue or more than 30 days from issue. A judge can waive the 72 hour requirement.
Adjustment of Status is starting all over. You got your visa in London under the Dept of State. Everything you did so far was just to get a visa. That's done. It is over and the visa became invalid the day you used it to enter the US.Now you will go back to USCIS to apply for a greencard. New forms, new rules, new people looking it over, some repeat of things already sent but the new people aren't going to dig through your old file to find a birth certificate for example. There is a new Affidavit of Support (I-864) so getting back the London I-134 would be useless.
Now the London specific things are over, so you will use this forum to ask questions http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-family-based-visas/ because all K1s adjusting status do the same forms.
If you back up in this thread to post 27, I gave you a link to my list of what is sent for AOS. Bookmark it and print it as a guide so you don't leave anything out.
Ask your questions about the forms in the Adjustment of Status forum http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-family-based-visas/
