The goal is to get our spouse with us, whether it’s with a IR1 or K3; both achieve that goal in different ways (and different cost too). I think people’s anger should be directed to the source of the problem (the USCIS) rather than each other.  I would be very happy even if my wife was given a K3 Visa since it would mean she could be with me instead of waiting for an eternity alone. 

What’s most likely gonna happen as soon as volume K3 petitions increases is USCIS will abolish K3, and this window will shut off.
 

I do think this might backfire once the volume of K3 petitions increase significantly. Until then, however...

I’m not wishing negativity. I’m wishing fairness. That’s all. 

I hope they start giving out the K3 visas and surprise those that are trying to push a fake work around. I don’t want this wait on anyone, it’s a hell of a wait, but it’s making everyone’s wait even longer by pushing these requests just because they want to move to the front of the line.

I called Friday and super nice lady told me we got approved. I recieved the letter in mail today. Both online account still showing case received.

2 have spoken nicely to me and I spoke nicely back. 2 have spoken to me like complete and total raging a$$ho!es and I returned the same attitude. Both ways I made it to a tier 2. One pleasantly and one not so pleasantly...haha

It doesn't say in the NOA2 letter. I've been told it's taxes, W2's, and check stubs for the American and maybe criminal background check for the spouse.

It's just more proof in my mind that they are doing whatever in the hell they want in Nebraska. Picking and choosing as they like. Who knows, they may be out there playing with our paperwork like it's some crazy card game only they know how to play because they made it up like young kids do playing crazy made up games...haha  Even worse there seems to be nothing we can do because BOTH political parties have made it obvious they don't give a sh*t about any of us trying do this legally. There is ZERO accountability in any of these government agencies really. Doesn't matter which one... We are 333 days since 1st NOA and 18 days shy of a year since we've seen eachother in person and this whole clusterf*^k of a process is taking years off of our lives...🤬🤬🤬

Less than 20 hours and I'll be on my flights to the Philippines to stay with my wife for 2 months. At least that's two months I am not going to stress or worry, and everyone I bug will get a break with my emails. Until I return then I'll be back at it with vigor. 
 
 

Going to start a youtube channel with some of my drone videos. I just bought a drone it's so much fun to play with and it's going to give me an opportunity to really capture the Philippines beauty.

we are supposed ( according to our estimate on VJ) to receive our NOA2 around the middle of August ..
but honestly we are thinking about plan B after a year without NOTHING ..
we can not wait forever even with all the patience of the world ..

It's 4th of July right now, so I would say next week. You're going to get someone that takes the call. You just have to say I want to reach out to Melanie as another constituent that is affected by the delays in Nebraska and we would like Marco Rubio help in resolving the delays. You can mention my name. I already messaged you all with the details. I don't know if you guys even bothered reading.   (Saci Singh you left the conversation in the mass message I did here) There's not that many Floridians.    

There was 4 of us now 1 already got their expedited so I don't think their efforts will continue in reaching out to anyone. There's the new guy ice-qube so idk. 

I am extreme with my annoyance I seek out USCIS emails, post on social media, etc I am sure I will get someone's ear at some point and either get approved solo because they want it to end, or they will be like '####### nebraska get your sh*t together' and things will speed up.

Unfortunately it’s just how it goes.. my husband and I have an easy case as well, yet, we have to stay in line behind people who were first just like everyone else and try our best to reach out to senators to try to push USCIS to remedy this extreme imbalance between Nebraska vs the other centers (especially Potomac). Nebraska is insane honestly.. when my husband and I filed in February, it was 7-9 months maximum with our VJ approval estimate being November-December . Now it is 11-14 months and our VJ estimation now is end of February (over a year after filing) and it keeps pushing back. But unfortunately there’s just not much to do other than wait and contact our senators to ask USCIS what the heck is going on and pray that USCIS listens

You'll be more outraged when you learn those assigned to Potomac service center are getting approved within 90 days. 
 
You're from Miami reach out to Marco Rubio's office and speak to Melanie. Demand answers for the delays. 

Anything is possible, but if you're in order somewhat, you'll probably still be another 1-2 months there are still lots of June and July filers not approved. 

You'll never get ANY useful info out of the ones answering the phones. If you don't find a way to talk to a tier 2 person, you're wasting your time. Tell your mom to just be you. They won't know a difference. If they have a problem, just tell her to tell them you're using one of those online US # things so you can afford to make the call. Or look into using one of them and call yourself.

NOA2 happened officially June 26, 2019. I actually got it out of the mail on Sunday. I checked my mail 5:30ish Sat evening and nothing (my mail usually runs 1pm-3pm). For some crazy reason I checked my mail maybe for the first time in my life on a Sunday and there it was! 🎉🍻🎉🍻🎉🍻🎉
