Finally...I am still in shock. Had to call a Tier 2 to find out I am approved!! Such a long painful journey. My K3 denial came in a text message and email, but I had to call USCIS about the i-130 since it did not show any change on both websites and tracker.

I-129F   PD: 07/02/19 - Denied 8/21/19

So I got my K3 denial last night but I don’t see approval on my i-130 yet. I will try to call today. Everyone is saying it means approved, but until I hear or see or hear something I can’t be happy.

For some time now, I have been a lurker on this forum trying to find a sense of understanding and hope about this entire process. When I realized that our petition was sent to the absolute slowest center known to mankind, I was beginning to lose hope.. Until I learned about the I-129F route.. I was even scared about trying it out as some people didn’t think it would speed up the process. I am here to tell you that I truly believe it does. 
 
1/28/2019 - I-130 NOA1
7/19/2019 - I-129F NOA1
8/20/2019 - I-129F denial
 
I found out about the I129F denial today via the USCIS case tracker app. I called USCIS and after being on hold for 30 minutes, a rep assured me that the I129F was denied because my I130 had been APPROVED (the approval had not shown up in any case tracking app or USCIS’ site). 
 
I encourage everyone to do the same thing that I did (unless you’re an August/September 2018 filer). However, it does not hurt to try.

No, that is not what I am saying. When have I ever mentioned cheating? I have explicitly said that it's not breaking the law. Please read carefully before you twist my words and thoughts.

Some of the replies to my thoughts feel a bit demeaning - implying that I don't do enough to be reunited again or that I'm just sour because I'm past the deadline where it would have been useful for me. Why do you add these unfounded assumptions? Why is it necessary to put someone down like that? We are here to support each other.  More understanding and less judgement, please.

Maybe I should have been clearer myself. I come from a culture where you do things the main prescribed way and the system works in favour of you - it's fast and efficient. It's probably why all sorts of extra pushing feels just odd to me. To me personally. I simply expressed my personal thoughts and worries, I wasn't trying to declare an objective universal truth here or blame anyone.

It's probably just the despair in me speaking, so I apologize for the upcoming rant, but I just need to get it out of my system. But why hack the system with sending I-129s?
 
I don't know how the paperwork is assigned to officials in these offices, but what if sending all these extra paperwork is one of the reasons why the processing times get longer and longer? Makes me think that maybe some official could be already looking at my case, but now (s)he has to look through all these other cases instead. What if I receive my approval weeks later because officials are busy looking through the I-130s that come along with the I-129s. I-129s that people don't actually need for its intended purposes.  

I know that we CAN send the I-129 application, it's not breaking the law, but people here do it for different reasons that it's not meant for. So, SHOULD we? It's hacking and overexhausting a system that is already very slow. Yes, I understand that people do it out of the desperation of being reunited with their close ones as soon as possible. I'm sick and tired of being away from my husband too. But it feels unfair that our wait is being stretched longer and longer, just because we want to do it correctly and play it by the book.

Welcome to the world of the trump administration. Their goal is slow down all immigration. Look at the historical data on uscis and you will see it has increased the wait time almost 50 percent from 2016 until now on the I-130.

This is so completely unfair and screwed up with USCIS!!  One just posted for India in 4 months and I can't even express how angry and upset I feel right now. I have been traveling back/forth for over 4 years! It's bleeding my savings dry just to be with someone I love.  

hubby bought tickets to come to brazil in sept, I can't even believe, at least the waiting time will not be so hard for a month, it would be awesome if it gets approved while he is here, which is very likely since he will be here most of sept and beginning of october

So far no paper or email notice, but I check the "new" and "old" sites daily (obsessive, I suppose?) and discovered on the new site we were approved on 8/14/2019. NOA1 was 8/22/2018 and for those who are keeping track of such things, we did not submit I-129F. The old site as well as the case tracker app still have no updates.
 
Thanks for keeping us company during this process! We've all of y'all in our thoughts daily, hoping for speedy approvals!

I said goodbye to my 14 yr old son today after a 10 day visit. It had been 6 months since he moved back to the US.  It is killing me to leave him in the US and go back to Cambodia with my husband and my job while we wait this out. I can’t help but feel like I’m failing in all areas. I can’t be there to be his mom, if I am, then I can’t be there to be a wife. Lord grant me the serenity....

Guys, am I the only one who doesn't enjoy weekends anymore? Not that I hate them, I still enjoy resting, but I don't enjoy it as much anymore, I just keep thinking: well, USCIS is not working today, nothing is gonna happen to my case. Am I going crazy? 🤣

My PD is the 29th of August. ugh.

Just searched -605000 to -609000. 
Saw 4 RFEs being sent for August 30th cases, dated yesterday.
(as well as 1 RFE for a 08/31 case, dated the 7th, and two 08/17 approvals dated the 14th)
