Get your case number first. Then complete the DS-160.  Go to ceac.state.gov and use your case number and choose immigrant.  Next and if your case is in "ready" condition then pay your interview fee, schedule your interview and complete the medical exam.  Read more from the PDF.

Got great news today, received NOA2 after sending in my RFE response. 
RFE response received May23rd
NOA2 approval letter dated May 30th.
Pretty happy RFE was approved so quick. Going to May 2019 NOA2 to NVC thread. Wish you February filers approvals soon. 

An update on our timeline:

An email on our case was received this morning notifying of our NOA2.
NOA1: March 1
NOA2: May 30
 
Exactly 90 days apart! Keep the faith everyone! We were given an August estimate for NOA2 and expected anything earlier as a blessing.

Just got our NOA2 on 5/28 (received the email telling me to check the website this morning).

This is a very easy process. What makes it difficult for most is their high expectations,  their level of understanding both historical and current trends and their need to be assured that they'll be OK. Most applicants that reach their NOA2 should release a sigh of relief.  That's because after this, you'll move onto an approval at your interview unless of course you have an extortionate amount of baggage. Embassy interviews, next to your stop over at NVC, are the easiest to get through with getting a visa. Take a deep breath you'll get through this.  

Sooo... I decided to call the USCIS just to see what would happen. Waited on hold about 25 minutes. I thought I would get "fussed at" for calling without any unique question other than a status update. Lol. The gentleman was very friendly & congratulated us and said it just so happens that we were approved 5/13 (YESTERDAY) and our NOA2 letter should arrive within 10 days. We're thrilled! 
(...BTW he said the website(s) should currently reflect our approved status... of course the old and new still say "Case Received". ...No emails & no text notifications either.)

Good morning everyone. I woke up today to an email letting me know that an action had been taken. Upon logging onto the site, I see that it has been approved! I submitted the paperwork on 02/19/19 and NOA1 on 02/25/19, so this came much earlier than I was expecting. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. Good luck to everyone else!

Looks like this is starting  out to be a good week for February approvals. Very good and congrats to all the approvals and the approvals to come. You are off to a good start February!!!!!!

Same here 😄 We are so excited to see couples that are just a week ahead of us getting approved! The atmosphere of support here is amazing.

Approved on 04/23/19 according to the old site. Just got the notification a few minutes ago.
 
I'm thrilled and this has happened so much sooner than I expected. My latest VisaJourney estimate was 06/07/19!

Edit - no RFE either, which is a relief.

I-129F Filing: 02/01/19
NOA1: 02/04/19
NOA2: 04/23/19
 

You will see people that get approvals by 3.5 months and sadly people who wait almost 12 months. There’s no  right answer but it could take 4-8 months.
 
You first month is almost gone. Just think that maybe by the end of the year everything will be different. I wish you and every February filer have a smooth process. ✌🏻

Sent ours out on the 21st. USPS confirmed the delivery the next day, now we'll wait for the NOA1
