  1. Hi @Y & J! Again I truly appreciate all your help and I appologize for asking you a lot of questions. However, would you mind if I ask you for the packet 3 as per below 1. We will have to send the embassy the checklist documents through post right? 2. And do we have to submit original documents or copies should be fine? Furthermore, what will happen if I cant prepare for vaccinations before the medical screening? Will they postpone my process? Thank you so much in advance!
  2. Hi @Y & J, sorry but I have a question. I have just finished my DS160 form and based on information from the https://travel.state.gov/ website, fees are charged for the following services: 1. Filing an Alien Fiancé(e) Petition, Form I-129F 2. Nonimmigrant visa application processing fee, Form DS-160 (required for each K visa applicant) 3. Medical examination (required for each K visa applicant; costs vary from post to post) 4. Other costs may include translation and photocopying charges, fees for getting the documents required for the visa application (such as passport, police certificates, birth certificates, etc.), and travel expenses to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for an interview. Costs vary from country to country and case to case. 5. Filing Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status Can I ask for number 2, where do I need to go and pay this fee? After I finished the form I dont see any part that asks me to pay the fee so I am confused here. Thank you so much in advance
  3. Never doubted the process. Just happy that finally I can track the package on dhl. Another step closer to the interview step 🎉 thank you so much for all your help and useful tips
  4. Yes it has for me. I checked 3 hours ago and see the information and estimated recieved date. I follow the PDF file to put in information and it worked
  5. @Y & J thank you for your reply. And do I need to get these documents for both petitioner and beneficiary?
  6. Sorry @Greenbaum as I should tagged you in this. But I see that Y & J has replied. Thank you so much
  7. Sorry @Greenbaum, can you please lead me to document I could read or any where I can find this information? Thank you so much for helping
  8. Hi everyone! I have a few questions and I am very sorry if this has been asked many times before but I cant seem to find the best answer for this. I am waiting for my case to be transferred to the US embassy in Singapore and I am preparing all the documents for the interview. For the I-134 form, I understand that I need to gather my US citizen fiance's information but I saw from other sources that we need to prepare supporting documents (my fiance's documents) as per below 1. Bank statement (latest 3 months) 2. Tax returns (latest 3 years) 3. W2 form 4. Employment verification My question is: are these correct? do I need to gather my own set of documents too or just from my fiance? anything else that I need to prepare for the evidence of support. Thank you so much in advance for anyone who could help.

  10. Hi I (the beneficiary) submitted my inquiry via ASK NVC and they got back to me via email saying they have updated my information. So I think it's ok either way because you have to choose the option of who send the request, petitioner or principal applicant anw. Hope this helps!
  11. Thank you @Greenbaum for this. Just to share with you and the group that we can update the change in email address or mailing address via the ASK NVC website also. I read Greenbaum's PDF file and see this so I updated both the USCIS and NVC on my address change. I submitted the inquiry after I received my NOA2 (around June 7th) and today I received NVC email saying they have updated my addresses. I believe they have just received my case at NVC and that is why they email me back so late. Hope that this is helpful! Ask NVC website: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html
  12. Thank you so much Greenbaum and I have updated my information as mentioned. Can I also ask another question as: we just received our NOA2 letter and I know I have to wait for NVC to assign a case number. However I (the beneficiary) just moved to a new place so how should I update them about my new address? should I wait for NVC to send us a letter informing they have assigned a case for us then call and update them? I would really appreciate it if you could give me some advice on this. Thank you
  13. Old website just updateed our NOA2 approval status 3 hours ago. New website still says case is received. And we havent received the letter in mail yet. I truly hope everyone will get their NOA2 soon!!!! NOA1: 03/11/2019 NOA2: 06/05/2019 (old website only) Total: 86 days
  14. I totally understand & know how you feel, and I think everyone who is still waiting for their NOA2 will do too. I tell myself everyday to chill and patiently wait but some days are harder . I truly hope all of us March filers will get our NOA2 soon!!!!
  15. I understand how you feel, my NOA1 is March 11th and I have been checking my status everyday. But nothing else we can do rather than wait I truly hope we all get our approvals soon.
